Caring and friendly. Which is what most people need when you take your pets to the vets. Both reception staff were absolutely lovely, understanding and professional. Claudia the vet is such a wonderful person. She explains what's happening, and also explains what's financially better. She really understood both my cats. I can't fault the whole experience, even both my cats came home better than when they went ❤️❤️😻😻😻

Lovely, clean and fair priced veterinary practice. Staff are always friendly & well mannered and provide good knowledge of the services they offer. Always leave feeling happy knowing my pets are receiving the best care. Would highly recommend this vets!

Despite this vet being an hour away from me I decided to bring my cat here as they had the earliest dates available, unfortunately a few things came up and I had to reschedule 2 times, not only were they friendly but they were quick to book me in with no extra fee. On the day we were late to our appointment due to traffic yet they still took us in. It’s a clean environment with friendly staff, if this place was closer to us it would be our go to vet.

Can't praise them enough! When my poor Bella fell down the stairs, Pet House were the nearest to me open on a Saturday. Never knew they existed before. The vet and the vet nurse did everything they could to save her working over their shifts, focused on her while comforting us. We lost Bella in the end and they were genuinely upset they couldn't save her. Everything you want from a vet but rare these days!
