We had a difficult situation with our dog Bertie, who suffered a dislocated shoulder. We met Vas who was simply amazing! He took Bertie under his wing and made him well again. We all are so grateful! Blaise is such a fantastic place, all staff amazing and nothing is too much trouble. A special thanks to Pablo who kept us updated all night after his operation. So much dedication shown by everyone. We would thoroughly recommend Blaise to anyone looking for amazing care for their pets. For us, its been life changing!

We cannot thank the staff at Blaise Veterinary Hospital enough for their kindness and compassion during such a difficult time. Our beloved guinea pig Chewie passed away at home today (a Saturday), and with our local vets closed, we were struggling to find help. Our other local clinics wouldn’t take him, but from the moment we called, Blaise was amazing. The staff on the phone were incredibly kind and empathetic, making it seem like it was no trouble at all for us to bring him in. When we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and offered a drink before being taken into a private room by the vet. Her bedside manner was exceptional - she checked him over gently and was so reassuring. She also took his paw and snout prints for us, which was a lovely, thoughtful gesture, and explained the cremation options with great care. On our way out, the reception staff expressed their condolences with such sincerity. In a heartbreaking time, the team made us feel supported and cared for. It was a truly heartfelt experience, and we are so grateful to them for going above and beyond. Thank you for everything.

Our cat Pebbles was diagnosed with lymphoma March 2024 and has been under the care of Margo and Daphne at Blaise until she sadly passed away last week. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Margo and Daphne and the rest of the team at Blaise. We could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and dedicated team to look after our little girl. They showed such love and care towards Pebbles during every hospital visit and have provided support and reassurance to us throughout with regular phone calls and emails (even when Margo was on her non working days and well deserved holiday). We always felt that Pebbles was in the safest hands. Although we are devastated to have lost our little girl, we are so grateful to have had 11 months with her after her diagnosis and we take comfort in the fact that, with their support, we were able to keep her feeling well and give her the best quality of life possible during this time. Blaise is a truly exceptional centre with a wonderful group of staff. Thank you to all the other staff involved with Pebbles, including the on call vets who stepped in when needed and the wonderful reception staff. Every time I rang reception and mentioned Pebbles’ name they asked me how she was doing and I could tell they genuinely cared. I didn’t even need to give our surname as they all knew her! We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team and we will be eternally grateful to you all.

Exceptional Care and Compassion I cannot express enough gratitude to Blaise Veterinary Practice for the exceptional care they provided to our beloved dog Seamus during their chemotherapy treatment. My 9 week old kitten was send here by the PDSA for emergency out of hours treatment after she completely broke her leg. The way the staff dealt with the situation and treated her was incredible, they were so so caring, supportive and also informative about what had happened to her, and what could possibly be done to help her. We arrived again this morning to collect her and she looked significantly happier and content without any pain. Genuinely couldn’t be happier with her care.
