Absolutely amazing people! Making Mists experience loving and happy!! Nobody likes a Vet visit, but 608 are amazing and do everything to perfection for your animals liking.

We brought our baby bearded dragon here as an emergency due to an accident was seen so quickly and the details of what needed to happen was spot on! Sergio is AMAZING the way he dealt with our bearded dragon was far from our expectations he was brilliant! We will definitely be using 608 Vets for our other animals. We can’t thank you guys enough for looking after our Rex. Beyond brilliant vets would definitely recommend!

The night vet was kind enough to see my hamster late at night. Before the consult, they told me the overnight team were not exotic specialists but the day team are likely to help better which helped me understand why I didn't have all the answers I wanted. The day team indeed had exotic pet experience, and ensured that I'm well informed about my hamster's condition. Unfortunately, he was too unwell to be treated and the team dealt with that appropriately and with compassion. Whilst horrible circumstances to be there under, I found all the staff are very suited to their jobs. Prices are appropriate (compared to previous experience in other cities for small rodents). Thank you 608, for helping me at a really difficult time.

I had to bring my 1-year-old cat to this emergency vet after he was suspected of being hit by a car. I was seen the same day by Alexandra, a lovely vet who quickly assessed him. X-rays suggested a pelvic fracture, so I was given pain medication and asked to return the next day for further evaluation. At the follow-up, we met Graham, who was fantastic—his humor helped ease my anxiety, and he clearly explained the x-rays, injury, and possible outcomes. Given my cat’s young age, we decided on strict cage rest and pain management, expecting a full recovery. A follow-up was scheduled for the following week. The entire team, from vets to nurses and reception staff, was professional, communicative, and incredibly kind. When I called the emergency line with medication questions that night, they were patient and reassuring. Vet bills add up fast, so having insurance or savings is essential—you never know when an emergency will happen. While I hope I won’t need to return, I’m grateful to know my pets would be in good hands if I do. Thank you for your care and professionalism!

Hard to score 5 out of 5 for the saddest day of my life. But Graham and his team looked after Ayrton well and I will be forever grateful to them. Thank you. Will miss you forever baby boy Ayrton M xxx
