I took my cat in this morning and I through no fault of my own, I came two weeks early! The Receptionist managed to get my cat seen whilst I was there due to someone else not attending, excellent customer service! The nurse that my cat saw was really helpful and gentle with her and was very reassuring. I was then informed about the Pet Health for Life plan which the other receptionist kindly offered to me. I managed to save £45 for my cats appointment today by signing up to this. Thank you so much to all the staff that attended to our needs today and for the high levels of customer service. I am so pleased that my cat is registered with this veterinary practice, they are the best in the area!

First time at this vet’s today with my cat. Really pleased with everything, saw vet Connor who explained everything very clearly, including ongoing treatment & pricing. Didn’t feel rushed & came away feeling happy with the excellent service. Also at lot cheaper than my previous vet’s. Thank you.

Very clean, very tidy, very easy to navigate! Cloud is our first fur baby and as a raging autist, I struggle a lot with new environments and experiences, so I was quite nervous going to the vets with him for the first time. You know what though? We had absolutely nothing to worry about 😂 The receptionists were lovely, welcoming and easy to speak to; Vet Connor was brilliant and was very understanding when my agent of chaos decided to seek comfort on top of the biohazard bin...because apparently that screams comfort 💀 very smooth sailing appointment and Cloud left as a healthy boy with a slightly bruised ego, very very happy with the service. The 'Health for Life' plan Blacks Vets offer as well is really helpful and just makes the whole process so much easier and stress free. You can really tell that the people who work here enjoy their job, it's really nice to see 😁 keep doing what you're doing, it's fantastic 🐈🤎

This is our first time here as we registered our pup with them. Very warm & friendly Gloria what a lovely lady she is & the other lady there aswel but forgot her name sorry 😞, the vet we saw was amazing aswel, I went with Gloria's advice got the Pet Plan only £15 per month & we know our Enzo is gonna be set for life with his jabs & other things, so I would definitely recommend this vets plus it's right on the doorstep as the saying goes from where we live.

Thank you to all the staff at Black's vets Sedgely who helped when I took our Lurcher Izzy in having a seizure, she was 15 years old and couldn't be saved, the staff were brilliant and the kindness and compassion of Connor the vet who put her to sleep was amazing. Thanks aswell for Izzy's cremation and her beautiful casket that blacks vets arranged. Thanks to all there who have dealt with us, it made a big difference how you treated us on this sad day.
