Ark are AMAZING!!! I can’t speak for them being called expensive as we haven’t shopped around based on price, only reputation for first class pet care and every penny we’ve ever spent with Ark has been money well spent!!! They are truly wonderful!! ALL THE STAFF!! Beth is an amazing vet, Sally & Jo on reception are wonderful and every member of the team we’ve met has been fantastic. Nothing has ever been too much trouble and the love and care they’ve given to our crazy Springer Spaniel, Pepper, has been outstanding. Pepper has put us through the mill with her antics but Ark have come to her rescue more than once!! We literally cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff there and cannot thank you all enough for the continued support and kindness you’ve shown us and Pepper!! THANK YOU TO ALL AT ARK!!!!

The visit to Ark Veterinary Surgery was excellent. Unfortunately I've had to visit the surgery with my dog a lot recently and on the last visit my dog was diagnosed with diabetes. The vet was excellent, she explained everything to me and showed me how to inject my dog with insulin and made me practice injecting my dog so that I knew how to do it myself. The vet was brilliant, she addressed my concerns and made sure I was confident with treating my dog. I would highly recommend Ark Vets. **Updated Review** I have been to the surgery many times since I first left a review as my Toy Poodle has been very ill and the care and treatment she's received has been consistently excellent. I think we've seen all of the vets at the surgery and they have all kept me updated on my dog's condition and thankfully she's improving now. They have really done their best for my girl and I'm truly grateful for that. I also have to mention the ladies on reception who are all very welcoming and cheerful and make you feel at ease. They do their very best to fit you in for appointments, sometimes at short notice. A big thank you to you all. **Updated Review** It's been several months now since my dog was diagnosed with diabetes and she's had some bouts where she's been very ill but the vets have done their best for her and she's much better now. All the vets have been brilliant and keep me well informed so I know exactly what's going on with my girl. The receptionists are great, they always greet you with a warm welcome and they're very good at giving my dog a fuss when we go in. The surgery is like our second home as we go there so often! They've always fitted us in for an appointment, sometimes at short notice which I really appreciate. All the staff at Ark are excellent and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. Excellent vets. My dog was in for dental operation. She was well looked after and I was updated with progress and a time to collect her. Would highly recommend the practice.

Thanks to the kind compassionate staff at Ark Veterinary Surgery during our cat Rosie's recent illness, and the really professional and kind way our vet assisted Rosie to pass peacefully. We are extremely grateful. The lovely condolence card from the staff was a touching moment for us both. Thank you all once again
