Albert recently carried out some remedial works on a property we rent out and we were absolutely delighted with what he did. The works included lots of small handyman jobs around the house such as - reffiting door handles to doors, repainting a ceiling after a leak, boxing in pipes, reinstalling the stairs handrail, refitting a toilet seat, refitting window locks etc. All jobs were carried out to a high standard and minimal input from ourselves. We gave Albert the list of jobs, he sourced all the materials and carried out the work with no problems at a fair price. Albert has been absolutely fantastic in the service he has provided. We have had all external windows, doors and patio doors mastic’d. Two broken extractor fans replaced, a set of patio doors readjusted and a new lock, fitted new blinds and a new shower screen.
