We ate and drank heartily at the Ebrington Arms. Wide range of great beers on tap, serving traditional English comfort food. We were staying nearby at Stockmans Cottage, Woodhall Spa and our host AJ remarked that there were not many traditional pubs like this left in the area, so we made sure to drop in. Kirkby on Bain is ideally located just the other side of an adjacent field from the cottage, so guests are able to walk to the pub without having to drive, which means another (and another) round of pints for all!

Called in here 24th October. Been before, love their steak pie, best ever. Drinks and food reasonably priced. Dog friendly. When I had a BandB in Woodhall Spa about 15 years ago, this pub was the “in place”. You always had to book and most of my guests visited. The pub is up for sale and, if I was 15 years younger, would be interested. Although a period pub, in need of sympathetic updating. A mixture of old and new.

Lovely, traditional village pub serving meals, guest beers, plus a large selection of whiskies and gins. Been a couple of times, but not eaten off the menu, albeit very tempting with good pub food aromas wafting about. There is a beer garden with play area, outside seating area, and inside rooms for formal, informal dining. Really traditional Batemans pub and friendly, attentive service. It is dog friendly and has house dog treats for your furry friend.

What a lovely pub. A little treasure. Staff are lovely had a fabulous meal. Very fresh and well priced. Really hope it stays this way when new owners take over.

We visited just before Christmas...a family group of 12. They couldn't have been more helpful, pushing tables together despite being really busy. We had just taken our dogs ashes to the woods and they made the day very special with their kindness. Food was excellent

Amazing service from the staff here even though it was super busy! I can highly recommend the fish finger sandwich & fries! All the food is freshly cooked and comes lovely and hot!

A lovely atmosphere and nicely set out. My jacket potato was still hard but staff were quick to rectify that and apologise too! In my opinion, i felt that the homemade quiche was 'over-pinged' but still nice enough to eat. The salad was fab and the Mocha was just perfect! Cake was crumbly and delicious 😋 We are going back to try their breakfast, so will update on that when it happens. Recommend for sure!

Popped in for breakfast whilst holidaying in area. Was very busy and noisy inside but staff quickly cleared tables and we were seated. It became quieter when a family with couple of very noisy kids left so a lot more pleasant atmosphere. Tables around us commented they thought they'd gone deaf suddenly. The drinks and food arrived quickly and as requested. All was delicious. It's dog friendly too. Would definitely visit again and happy to recommend.

Having lived in the area for nearly 9 years, Woodlands in its various guises over the years is a bit of an anomaly in places I've visited, as we've only grabbed an ice cream on the way past up until today. Having heard lots of positivity, we popped in bang on Midday on a Friday afternoon, and the place was delightfully busy, always a good sign and a welcome one in the current climate. We were greeted at the door and shown to a table, served quickly and the coffees and our lunch (two lovely pastrami and smoked cheese toasted sandwiches) also arrived quickly. Really enjoyable hour or so, and certainly somewhere worth visiting for breakfast or lunch in Woodhall, without paying the usual "Woodhall Prices"

One of the best coffees I've ever had! A great selection of cakes and pastries and a delicious chorizo sausage roll! Friendly staff and nice to sit outside even in the rain as we were covered by the canopy. Definitely recommend a visit!

Popped in for a coffee today, very nice little place and a great atmosphere outside too. Always busy this place and I can see why. Cracking flat white too. Previously we have had Guinness cake and coffee from here and that was incredible. Look forward to that when it's back on the menu 👌

We dropped by the Kitchenetta for our daily, morning dose of caffeine and cake while enjoying a delightful stay at Stockmans Cottage, located at Grange Farms, Woodhall Spa. Everyone in the cafe was super friendly. Such a pleasure chatting with the locals whom we became fast friends with. The Kitchenetta was smack in the center of downtown Woodhall Spa and only a short bike ride away from the cottage. Perfect!

Had a Festive Sunday lunch on the 15th December it was absolutely fabulous. Everything was cooked to perfection and the ambience was fabulous. The staff and hosts were amazing so much attention to detail will definitely be back. Thank you and a Merry Christmas to you all.

I stayed overnight for the first time through and due to my work. I will definitely be going back with my family as well as work nights away. The owner and staff very accomidating (the room was so nice I wanted to eat in it. Absolutely no issues and the staff even brought it to my door). Comfortable seats and bed, a variaty of drinks and great coffee. I could go on but in my opinion brilliant 👏

We came here for food and was shown the rooms while we was here and they are stunning well worth their money ,so it will be on our places to stay list in the future. I stayed here overnight with my girlfriend recently, and we were surprised to find we had been upgraded to the suite room! This is quite possibly the best place I have stayed, and I hope to do so again. I can't think of a single way they could improve, and I strongly recommend anyone visiting the area stay here! Not only was the suite fantastic, but the food was absolutely delicious too! I had a pear and ginger creme brulee, and my vegan girlfriend was pleasantly surprised to find there were many more options available to her than she expected! The friendly owners clearly go beyond when catering to their guests, and should be proud of the service they provide!

I cannot praise Leigh and his wonderful team enough. We sadly lost our father who lived in Woodhall spa, Leigh and his team were compassionate and professional and provided not only a wonderful array of buffet foods for over 50 people but ensured that everyone was looked after and nothing was too much trouble. We also stayed and ate a meal with family after the wake and the food was delicious and very reasonable. After such a sad day we stayed at the village limits and found our room to be very clean comfortable and well decorated. Thank you to Leigh and his fantastic team for making such a sad occasion one where we will remember being with family and friends celebrating the life of our father in a beautiful well thought environment.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Bainland, our Lodge was lovely, very modern with really nice interior decoration. Really good size lounge and kitchen area. Rooms are a great sizes all with large bathrooms with big showers. The Nest restaurant is really nice to have drinks and food. Staff are all really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, looking forward to returning next year. 👍

Great place, not cheap but it's a lovely. Well appointed accommodation and some great activities fit the kids that's dint cost centre parc prices. Only grief with accommodation is that the bedroom next to the hot tub can be effected but the heat pump noise all night long - first world problem I suppose! All lodges seemed to have peivacy at the rear.

Fantastic retreat to relax. Lodges are lovely, the park is so well kept and all the team are so friendly. The beds in the ponds lodges were genuinely one of the comfiest I've slept in. The dogs were well looked after too. Have been before and sure I will go again.

We went for the weekend for a family birthday celebration and it was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left. The lodge is amazing. The photos don't do it justice. Lots of extra little touches. The bar area is lovely and we had in lodge catering from The Next. Would definitely recommend.

I love it here! I’ve already been twice and will be retuning at the end of this month for my birthday. I’ve stayed in Bear and Dragonfly - both lodges were incredible. Beautifully decorated, lovely and comfortable and full of everything you need for a perfect break away. The staff are lovely and friendly and there is so much to do on site - a walk, swim, gym, restaurant and shop! Woodhall Spa is so beautiful and has all of the amenities you need. The main stretch is just a short walk out of the site and to the left. I honestly really rate Bainland for a break away and look forward to returning shortly!

What a fantastic place in the heart of Woodhall Spa to grab a bite to eat, or relax with a drink. The staff were fantastic, and the food was superb. I went for the Full English Breakfast and was surprised by the quality of the ingredients. Of note were the sausages, and the eggs 👌 Competitive prices and an overall great food option within the local community.

Just spent 2 nights here. Lovely hotel in nice setting. Clean room, well stocked large bathroom. Plenty of tea, coffee etc supplied. Had the English breakfast first morning, very tasty and well cooked and presented. Had the continental breakfast on our second morning, and again, really nice. Great food and play area for the kids was so helpful. Staff were kind and helpful. Only thing I'd ask is if all the adults are getting starters, please plan/check for kids meals coming out at the same time. Little hungry tummies (that usually eat an hour before their parents anyway) are often attached to very vocal complaints!

Wonderful rooms ,very clean .Beds are comfy. There is a kettle with tea ,coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room . The bathroom is fully stocked with any toiletries you might need. The buffet breakfast is outstanding from cereals ,Danish pastries and full English. Would highly recommend

Absolutely stunning Indian Restaurant with takeaway available. We've had a takeaway from here previously and it was brilliant so we decided to try their dine-in option and we were not disappointed! We ordered a decent spread across the menu and were extremely satisfied with portion size, flavours and service. A* across the board, plus Kingfisher beer on draft is always a winner! Cannot recommend enough, easily one of the best I've ever eaten at, we will be back. Highly Recommended.

2nd time here and thought it would be nice to bring my boyfriend here for a dinner date. We didn’t book and it was a Saturday evening which is very lucky that they had a table for us. The food from starter to main was amazing I couldn’t finish it all but they were very kind to take it in a takeaway box. I would keep going back and would really recommend this place to anyone. Visited the white bull tonight for the first time while staying at tattershall lakes was worried wouldn't get a table after seeing the good reviews it was busy but they squeezed us in. Food was amazing I had the lamb burger hubby had bull burger was one of best burgers ever had will probably be back again before our trip ends. Highly recommended a visit.

The best Hunter's Chicken ever!! After spending all day exploring Horncastle and Woodhall spa we decided to find somewhere to go for a nice pub meal. Well we found exactly that The white Bull in Coningsby. Upon arrival very welcoming and friendly staff, sat down after ordering a drink and looked at the menu and ordered 2 X hunters chips chicken meals and a cheese and garlic ciabata. The atmosphere was lovely and we only waited about 15 minutes for our food to arrive which was great. Thank you so much for a very pleasant meal TOP marks to the chef and to the staff for a welcoming atmosphere. Was perfectly cooked and the chips and salad were great too, the ciabata was very nice. Definitely worth a visit and very reasonable on prices. Great job 👍

This pub is a great place to relax and eat great homemade tasty food.inside it’s got a traditional tap room and a more calm room for dining. It’s very clean and the bar staff are friendly and attentive. We had the Cajun chicken pasta( strips of pasta in a creamy sauce ) Big burger( massive homemade burgers with chilli con carne ) Blade of beef (melt in your mouth beef ) Absolutely stunning and enjoyable experience

5 stars all across the board! 24-year anniversary dinner. I had the surf and turf, steak, and shrimp. The steak was perfectly cooked medium well, seasoned just right, good thickness, shrimp were breaded and cooked very well. Husband had the tomapork, seared perfectly and cooked to doneness. Both came with grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and chips. We were in agreement that all were cooked deliriously. I also had a side salad, which was very good. We had garlic bread as well, it was okay. Wine with dinner was good as well. Definitely would like to for another meal.
