We discovered a wasps nest in our loft on a Sunday and a freind found Ian’s website so we messaged him expecting a reply during the week. Ian replied instantly, in short order was on the phone and arranged to come the next day - Ian arrived exactly as he said he would, told us what he would do before starting his work, and proceeded immediately. We were delighted with the really rapid response and professional service that Ian gave, and the advise he gave us when he had finished- far exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend

I can't thank Ian enough from his prompt response to my WhatsApp message and the initial survey of our property and then coming up with a plan of action. Within an couple of hours he had already trapped one of our "none paying lodgers" So after several months now of camera monitoring by Ian and trapping we can sleep easy without the scratching noises from above.
