Called Matt for help with a rodent in the loft. He arrived very fast. Friendly, professional, efficient and sorted the problem with advice moving forward too. Very impressed with MSD pest control. Definitely recommend these guys.

We had an issue with pigeons getting under the solar panels, Matt came and installed spikes to stop them, amazing job very neat can hardly see them. As we obviously couldn’t see what he was doing and how it looked to make sure we were happy and knew what had been done he took pictures to show us during and after completion. While up on the roof Matt drew our attention to an issue we had with the roof vent, he very kindly sorted that out for us to, saving us a lot of money as having scaffolding erected again would have cost us a lot. Matt is a kind and friendly guy, fabulous customer service, highly recommend this company.

Since we lost our cat, we had evidence of mice in our garage but we couldn’t tell if they’d been in recently or not. As an animal lover, I wanted the situation to be handled sensitively. As a Father of two young children, I wanted it handled quickly, safely and permanently. Matt from MSD Pest Control was able to determine that the activity was recent and advised that our visitors were field mice. He was honest and advised me away from my plan to capture them as they would only return or potentially die on the return journey. Matt laid bait boxes and conducted weekly check ups. He assessed potential access points and installed preventative treatment on our garage at a very fair price. Our next door neighbour was also impressed and asked for the same services.
