Rang at 8pm...advised of the location of the wasp nest. Advised of price and ability to attend in the morning. 9am arrived promptly, explained process and cracked on. Explained expectation that treatment should solve problem, but if any signs of ongoing wasp activity to call back and would return as part of service included in original price. An excellent, professional service, that I would recommend and return to if needed.

Was just by chance was with my builder and notice wasps going in and out a couple holes in the mortar and was told by the builder I have a wasps nest. Called up next morning and chris came out same day and sorted the issue. I was told they may be angry for couple hours not being able to go back home and there was an increase of activity at that point but after checking the angry residents after their eviction they disappeared in less than an hour. Very happy as they started making their way up the wall cavity coming into the bathroom which I hadnt realised as thought maybe because window been left open and they got in that way. Absolutely fantastic service. I chose to contact Chris solely down to the numerous 5 star reviews on Google. We had a wasp nest growing larger each day in the apex of our roof. He came the same day after calling in the morning and was very knowledgeable and informed us of the process etc. Faultless service, we are so pleased to be able to open windows and sit in the garden again!

Highly recommend you give Derby Wasp Control a call. My wife and I try never to harm any creature great or small but we had wasps nesting above our bedroom window in the soffit. We hoped they would move on, but they just increased in number and we started to hear them getting inside, above the bedroom ceiling. Don't wait like we did. Chris arrived very quickly, explained clearly what he would do, and what I should expect afterward, providing safety instructions.
