Came with my society and really enjoyed it. Course played really well considering the amount of rain we have had. Greens were true and quick! Only negative is there was no catering at the time. Well worth a visit though. Will be bringing the society back in future.

A cracking golf course. Massive greens. Many long par 4's offer up a stiff challenge, but always rewarding. Lovely clubhouse, and tidy pro shop. Made for an excellent MacKenzie double bill with nearby Alwoodley.

Lovely little place to enjoy a late afternoon drink on a fresh wintery day. Very friendly staff. Dog friendly which is a massive plus. Will be coming back to try the food one day as it sounds amazing. Cheap prices too. 5/5

Great 9 hole gem that’s in good condition, greens are great but slow. Good customer service and decent prices all round! My mum and sister were able to walk scenic public footpaths in and around the course while we played golf.

Good food and a awesome pint. 2 meals for £15 you can go wrong. Hopefully I will be back soon.

Just had our 50th wedding anniversary on sat evening the night was amazing staff couldn't do enough the buffet food was beautifull would highly recommend anyone for a function we had funky muppet for ballons they were so lovely too an bernie was so helpfull too

As a recently taking up golf, i have really enjoyied using the Manors facilities. A trip After work to the driving range or taking my son on a weekend, has really caught his interest too. Would recommend and will continue to use them

Hello, I would firstly like to say what an absolute magical day we had. From start to finish Becky was brilliant and truly a wonderful Lady. We loved every minute and thankyou Mr & Mrs Todd

Nice course and facilities. Only problem is the amount of kids on the driving range. You can be sat around for half an hour waiting for a bay while they mess about due to the sheer number of them. One of them nearly hit another person waiting due to their poor skill level and general lack of care as the ball ricocheted off the side wall, up and then back to the seating area. The numbers of kids needs controlling. Other than that, it's a well kept course with reasonable membership prices. Guest prices are a little on the high side.

Had our wedding here on the 27/04/24 and we had the most incredible day! All of the events coordinators could not have been more helpful with all of our crazy questions! The venue is gorgeous as are the grounds, which made for amazing photos by the lake! The venue was set up just how we imagined, if not better! The Manor worked amazingly with our vendors and everything went smoothly! Have to say a massive thank you to all of the event coordinators! Would 100% recommend for any wedding/event!

Great store & great staff! Had a driver fitting and a putter fitting here, can't reccomend this place enough to help you improve your game - it has for me! What I like is they don't push you into buying anything unlike some of the well known stores - they also try to get you the best price. First time visiting and will be back again soon. It’s a great setup with covered and uncovered bays, a shop providing all your equipment needs and refreshments too. £7 for 100 balls is very reasonable.

I recently had a week back in the UK and took my clubs with me for a couple of rounds while I was there. This is a fantastic facility. The range is clean and well organized and even a grass area to hit from if you wish. The shop is well stocked and the staff are very helpful and obliging. I hope to see you all soon on my next visit. Fantastic layout in great condition. There are lots of interesting holes that provide a good challenge for all levels of golfers. The greens were best the best we have played this year and we have been to some prestigious courses. It is also set within the grounds of a nature reserve with great views on many holes. Great practice facilities to warm up including a covered driving range and the halfway house was open on Wednesday when we played. Great value at £40 for a top quality round of golf.

This is has been my home club for the last 12 yrs or so. Fantastic golf course. Even through this dry spell the greens are some of the best in this area. Friendly staff always makes you feel welcomed to the club Come & try yourself out against the course. You'll love it😃🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️⛳

This is a fantastic course that is available at a great place for it's quality. I genuinely think it's offering the sort of golf course for a normal price that others around Yorkshire are charging double. It's a great course layout, really enjoyable challenge and nicely set around the lake. It's got a great driving range to warm up on too.

Fun and interesting golf course, in a peaceful location and fairly priced. Mature, tree-lined, undulating fairways and interesting shapes all over the course. I've played it a couple of times and would gladly go back.

I've played plenty of golf courses over the years and came back here. Good course, well maintained, true greens, most of the time, very friendly bar and members. The first 6 holes are a challenge so get through those and then enjoy the rest. They have done a lot of work in recent years on drainage so worth considering through the winter when other clubs are unplayable. The day rate guest fees are too low and don't reflect the quality of the course in my opinion.

My first round at this course and very impressed. It's an interesting course with plenty of features and undulations. It's also a course that tempts you to regularly hit a driver off the tee. Thumbs up

Another enjoyable visit. Managed to get to grips with the greens this time. Read them better than last time anyway. Friendly clubhouse , good food and beer. Ossett Blonde , Wainwrights and a Theakstons I think it was. Beavertown Neckoil on keg. Always enjoy playing here. Some real risk and reward holes. Still havent mastered the greens which have slopes I just cant see😂

I loved this little 9 hole course. It was really good fun especially as a beginner but would imagine it’d be tricky for most players. I’ll definitely be playing here again.

Lovely golf course. I 100% recommend a visit. I'd never played before but everyone was super welcoming and helpful. The course was absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained.
