This is a review of the golf course only. There has been a much needed change in course management and it shows. The fairways were well cut and getting definition, bunkers were huge and well asked. The greens were tricky and as it was the end of maintenance week when we played, a little bobbly. However, I would recommend a visit. Keep up the good work.
The first time I had played this course, it was a shame it was flooded but still just playable. Most holes are wide open, but a few are narrow, and you can quite easily get into trouble.
Absolutely loved HoneyBee Lodge! Highly recommend for a nice weekend away The facilities are fantastic and the area is just beautiful. Such a lovely birthday weekend surprise. Will be back next summer for definite!
