Top Golf Courses in Bourne valley, Hampshire

I was almost scared into cancelling our stay back in December 2024 after seeing bad reviews but i'm SO glad i didn't! We had an amazing time here relaxing, staff were faultless, food was tasty and quick, room was lovely, enjoyed the bar and the swimming and health spa area.

We loved it so much that we are in the process of booking our wedding at Old Thorns! Looking forward to coming back in March for a tribute night.

But there was one thing that was quite strange.....
In the morning way before check out, I was in the room packing, and my boyfriend in the bathroom suddenly u gear the room door shut ...what just happened?? The cleaner eventually peaked in saw me and obviously left .
Well not sure why she actually opened the door if there was still about 2hours prior check out .

Thanks God my bf did not step out if bathroom 😆

But overall it was very nice and pleasant stay!

A beautiful hotel and lovely rooms. I got married here in April and stayed in one of the two bed apartments for two nights. The apartments have everything you need if you want to cook and the whole space was to a very good standard with beautiful views of the golf course. The dining facilities and the pool area are lovely (leisure facilities were busy on the weekend). Breakfast has a wide selection of food and staff are very welcoming and attentive. Great for a relaxing break and will certainly be back.

We have just returned from an incredible weekend at this hotel. The location is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The gym facilities are top-notch and have left many local gyms in the dust.

The spa had a few minor issues, but they didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The 3 course dinner menu is brilliant and the selection of drinks in the bar areas had a lot to offer.
