Lovely welcoming village pub. Great local beers, log fire and very dog friendly.
Cracking little pub & cafe just outside Holmfirth centre. Well positioned for walkers and locals. There’s a phone box outside full of books so well worth a visit.
Great welcome and well kept pints. The very definition of what you want from an English pub.
We stopped for a quick couple of beers on the way home from a day out in Derbyshire. It was quiet in ambience on a hot Saturday, with a good selection of ales and a lovely beer garden with a great view over the Holme Valley. The landlord was very friendly and welcoming.
This is a great little pub. The staff and customers are friendly and beer is great. They have a weekly pub quiz and serve food at lunchtime on the weekends
