Played the course today despite the weather. It was a fantastic experience throughout the day. The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful as always. The course was excellent with some tricky par 4s. I always enjoy my time at Styal and highly recommend visiting if you get the chance.

Styal is a privately owned club with flexible members plans and pay per play. It has a 18 hole par 69 course and a 9 hole par 3 course great for your short game. The main course is ideal for beginners and still offers a challenge for the low handicap players. The clubhouse is separately run and is open after 8am. Snacks and meals are available and the bar from 10am until 3pm. They do occasional fun evening events and Sunday lunch. Pre-book essential.

Play here today: the golf course was challenging, and you had to think your way round. Pro shop was excellent, and the club house was very welcoming, will definitely return ! Only 2 things : no litter bins , easy solved, and a bit of a walk between some holes, which can't be helped I'm playing it again next week. I'm really looking forward to it , staff were very helpful. The course was well laid out

Enjoyed a great Monday morning 18 holes with my best mate, course was in very good condition, lovely breakfast butty and a well earned pint afterwards, thats what retirement is all about 🏌‍♂️🍻👌
