Good 9 hole course. Honesty box in place for visitors. Stunning setting although very exposed to the elements on a windy day! Course is quite interesting with 3 par 3s in the first 6 holes and just one par 5. Well maintained and in good condition.
Just played this little gem of a course. Brought back my youth as i was a junior member. Great condition and well maintained. Lovely 360 degree views looking over of the pennines. Very enjoyable game.
Absolutely brilliant golf course. So well kept. Greens are ace. Must have some talented green keepers.
I've been a member of Green Howarth Golf Club for many years and having been a member of other courses I can safely say there really is no better place to play golf. From its challenging 9 hole layout that tests golfers of all ages and abilities to its extremely friendly and relaxed off the course atmosphere I would recommend this golf course to anyone looking to either take up golf for the 1st time or looking for a new challenge.
Always like playing this course, and this club, only nine holes but different tees and the holes make it a proper test, course is always in fantastic condition, greens are brilliant, members and staff are always welcoming and friendly, always a treat 10/10 ⛳️🏌♂️😊
