The design and planting scheme Ben created for our rear garden far exceeded our expectations. We literally started from scratch, Ben listened to what we were hoping to get from our garden and really bought our garden to life with his amazing ideas. Ben created different areas within the garden using planting and hard landscaping and his attention to every little detail was exceptional. Ben incorporated drainage, lighting, an irrigation system and a water feature also into the project and we are so thrilled with the results and it’s so in keeping with the house it’s perfect! We now have a fabulous garden we can not only sit and enjoy but we have enough space to entertain! Ben has such an enthusiastic approach, extremely helpful and a keen eye for every detail he really was a joy to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone looking for a garden designer.

I'm really happy with the work that CG&L have completed for me. They increased the size of my patio, erecting new retaining walls, laying stone, and running a new path down the side of my house. There were no issues when plans needed to change and a solution was found quickly when I had an issue with my oil tank. Great communication, the guys completing the work were very easy to work with, completing everything in a timely manor. I highly recommend this company.

This is the third time we have used Harlow Garden Services. We wouldn’t use any other company now for our hard landscaping jobs. Sam is such an efficient and friendly chap and everything runs smoothly under his leadership. First job they did for us, Ben built some new steps, aided by Matt. Their second visit to us Sam and Matt replaced trellis, rose arches and laid bonded gravel paths, which are a complete joy to walk on now. The third job was completed yesterday and they installed new front gates for us. They look superb and we are thrilled to bits with the hard work Matt and Cameron did for us in extreme heat. One slight mishap in which an internet cable was accidentally cut, but that was sorted out by Sam, who swiftly rang the internet provider and arranged an engineer the following day. All was well again. The guys that Sam has working for him are all polite, professional, friendly, extremely tidy and above all, will work hard on your job. Show them your appreciation by ensuring they have a good supply of cold/hot drinks, biscuits, cake and generally look after them. These guys were fantastic when I gave them a pretty basic idea of what I wanted On a large rectangular lawn - they worked all the way through initial design, to timely supply of goods and start times and the end results is better than we could have expected. Sam was extremely helpful from day 1 with the design and working around our budget whilst Si was simply superb as the lead on the project for a number of months and was a pleasure to work with. I have just had over 60m of hedges installed in my garden. Bradley is great. Very accommodating, friendly and easy to liaise with. His entire team are professional, knowledgeable, punctual and exactly what you want from a landscape gardening company. I will certainly be using them again for the next stage of work in my garden and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Fantastic!

Sam and the team did an excellent job of designing and installing our new pergola. Every step went well. Sam took the time to understand what we wanted before the work began. The team arrived when they said they would and checked that we were happy with various choices as the installation progressed. They were very friendly, professional and tidy, clearly taking pride in their work. Highly recommend.

Thrilled with my new patio and flower beds. Trevor and team worked hard, professionally and added in a couple of extra jobs as they went. Amazed how fast they did it. Small touches were a bonus, like a small flower bed between the levels. And the new metal fence looks great as well as being functional. Very pleased with the whole service and I thought excellent value. Also very happy that nothing went in a skip, and they found reclaimed sleepers for me, a very ‘green’ company.

Trevor did my garden a couple of weeks ago and I am really pleased with the result. The garden looks very nice and ready for the summer. He's on time, honest and straight forward about what can be done. No fuss. Definitely recommend.
