Shout-out to Faith for designing planting plans for three of our borders and doing the actual planting too. Our sorry looking bare borders had been a source of stress for us for way too long as they needed doing but I just didn’t feel confident with what plants to choose and how to best fill them. Faith did a brill job with the design, ordering the plants, improving the soil and planting hundreds(?) of beautiful plants into the borders with her lovely team. For us, the planting itself would have taken weeks probably, Faith and the team did it very efficiently in two days. We are so relieved it’s now done – well worth the money spent! – and happy with how they look now. And they are only getting better as the plants establish over winter and start growing and blooming next spring and summer. Can’t wait to see that! Thank you Faith!

We live in a country house with a 1 acre garden in rural Hampshire which was full of uninteresting and overgrown shrubs and lacked the country cottage feel and form we were looking for. Faith provided us with a full 3D design and planting plan for different areas of our garden which helped us visualise what it could look like. She came up with new ideas for features and inclusions we would not have thought of ourselves and had great connections with good quality manufacturers and suppliers we would not have considered. Faith and her team then worked incredibly hard to plant up 100s of plants in two days in the wind and rain! Faith is exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate about all things horticulture and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others requiring direction and vision for their country garden.

I don't have much of a garden so booked the bulb planting workshop whereby we would prepare a pot with bulbs in layers to enjoy the following spring. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Faith at My Country Garden - we received a warm welcome and a really interesting and clear presentation before getting to work, with everything we needed already laid out. The end result was gorgeous - many weeks of ever-changing shapes and colour, made all the more gratifying knowing I'd planted it up myself. Faith not only knows her stuff but is a charming and well organised workshop host.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Annabel on the transformation of our garden and we are delighted with the outcome. Despite being a keen gardener all my life, I simply couldn't work out how to create the spaces we wanted in our new 100ft south London garden. We hoped to create a feeling of living in the country, in London; with outdoor eating areas, kitchen garden, greenhouse, sheds and log store. We wanted the sound of gentle running water and a garden teeming with wildlife. Annabel was the one garden designer we saw that we felt really understood our vision, without risking losing the ethos of the garden. She kept the key components and she brought in some new instant impact. She sourced the highest quality products and plants, provided the highest quality landscapers and lighting experts. Her attention to detail and vision is extraordinary. At night you are transported into a magical world with the specialised lighting. Our friends always say they feel like they are in the country when we eat out under our old stone (newly built) gazebo during the day and they feel like they are abroad at night as the garden lights up at dusk highlighting the trees and multi-stemmed shrubs. For us, we are just so grateful that Annabel was the one we picked. She exceeded our expectations by a mile and we will be eternally grateful. We get to enjoy it night and day, throughout the year. Annabel’s wonderful design transformed our unloved back garden into a beautiful space which we now enjoy every day. Her enthusiasm for the project made it all feel very special. You can rely on Aaron. With his cheerful "can do' approach, most things are achievable and if they can't be done one way, he will find another. Working in a tight space over a hot bank holiday weekend, Aaron and Paul dug out, extended, widened and shored up my existing garden steps thereby making them safer and easy to use. They then prepared the ground for and laid a concrete base for my existing shed which I had asked them to relocate. They provided all the materials and removed all debris, clearing as they went and leaving a spotlessly clean space. After 2 days of hot hard work the job was done and I can now benefit daily from an attractive, safe and functional garden space. Thank you A Friend Garden Services.

Aaron has done a range of garden landscaping for us over the past twelve month since we moved to Cheriton. This has included extensive ground works and building of large raised beds, shuttering to level our garden, building a large pergola, fencing and double width gate construction, custom made side gate to fit a tricky space, creation of garden beds from an original turfed area and the removal of a large dying silver birch tree. He is always exceptionally responsive, delivers a high quality finish and works with us to understand what we want whilst offering professional advice (which always turns out to be good advice!) We always go back to Aaron for all our garden landscaping work and highly recommend.

What started out as a garden clearance and maintenance job turned into a fairly comprehensive garden re-design. Throughout Lou has been absolutely fantastic, and very patient with two people who know close to nothing. Lou listened to our aspirations attentively and having assimilated the ask, she talked us through what would be possible and suggested sensible alternatives where our ideas wouldn’t work. The whole process has been totally professional from start to finish, the garden design and plan is really comprehensive and Lou made sure that we understood the design and that it fitted with our original brief. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Lou and she has helped us realise the garden we had imagined. We will certainly be using her knowledge and experience again and we would thoroughly recommend her to anyone. More plants are on the way and will upload the completed planting soon.

Louise did an excellent job on taming our very overgrown garden as well as a superb overhaul of our weed infested lawn which was more nettles than turf. She then put down new turf which rooted well and looks fantastic. Always punctual and did a wonderful job of tidying up at the end of each day.

Aiden and his assistant completed the garden maintenance just as I had asked. I am very pleased with the outcome, especially the irrigation system he installed at his suggestion. It will make life much easier for me. They were friendly, polite and left the area looking clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend his company.

Aidan and his colleague completed some work for us today and they were fantastic. Work included trimming some very high laurel that my tools can’t reach and clearing out an area of the garden. They arrived promptly, were very efficient and removed every single leaf left behind! It was nice to see them with proper protective gear aswell. We’ll no doubt be using them every year from now on if they don’t become too popular!
