I’m regularly in the area having recently purchased an apartment just a stones throw away from the gardens. I often come here during the early hours of the morning after completing my run to meditate for a short period and it’s usually pretty much empty then. The gardens appear small at first glance but as you walk through, you soon realise it’s much bigger with more seating space further down. There’s something I cannot explain about the energy of this place-there’s this sense of serenity I feel here like nowhere else.

A well kept public gardens opposite lords cricket ground.Dogs are allowed but must be kept on leads. The ground-men / gardeners work extremely hard to keep this a peaceful and well maintained public space. There is a small children’s playground that keep the grandchildren occupied and during the summer deckchairs are available on the main green. The flowerbed are stunning and bursting with colour during the summer months. The gardens are so peaceful and just a short stroll to St Johns Woods High Street.

Happy to report this place bends towards the Mother-Nature-knows-best, wilding kind of resting place, in common with the 'Magnificent Seven', those grand (& much more landed) Victorian cemeteries of much renown and excellent PR. Of note, two other comments: due to this garden's small dimensions, the oxygen generators (plants) are rather up against it, boxed in on all sides as they are by the typical 3+3 lane local petrol/diesel highway, a scale so obviously bloated and pro-car that it has been almost banished from South, East and North London with only positive effects for the other road users and those who like to breathe air; yet they are still common in west London. At a guess, there may be still just enough vocal gas-guzzling upper-middle showoffs left to bully the authorities here that the right to accelerate and brake a Porsche SUV in 200 yard stretches between each set of traffic lights trumps the value of a healthy generation of children with a planet to live on. Why anyone ever said west London was the superior part, with motorway traffic on practically every other corner, don't ask me!

Beautiful green spot just in the heart of the city. The park is well maintained and net so busy... grab your ice cream from the local shop and enjoy your hot summer.

Our garden had suddenly gone wild and our regular gardener was away - I emailed Ivan and they got back quickly and we’re available a few days later. They were on time, worked efficiently on the hottest of days and transformed the front and back garden. Would use again and highly recommend.

Hire Ivan & Sons for a second time to lay a new deck. As always, they do an impeccable job with professionalism and consideration. They are always very attentive, trustworthy and tidy when they finish the job and Steve and Melin always do it with a smile and extreme care. Would definitely recommend their services and will be calling the team if I need any further garden work done.

If I could give these guys a 6 star rating I would! Today they laid a perfect new lawn - lush green, as flat as a pancake and totally exceeded my expectations. It looks wonderful. They were very professional, cleared away all weeds and their roots, they did a lot of prepping to the give the turf a base in which to grow and thrive and were polite and considerate at all times. They started and finished within the time frame they gave and provided some very good advice as they left - proper attention to detail. I am delighted with their work and their costs were very competitive too. I would definitely use these guys again.

Thanks to Ivan and the team for a fantastic job. We required the removal of a great many overgrown boundary climbers and the installation of new trellis. All of this was planned and managed carefully, with an informed and flexible attitude. The costs were transparent and liaising with the office easy. The team were unbelievably efficient, tidy and obliging. The result is really transformative and inspiring. Thank you Ivan and your team. Ivan was great to work with over the course of our garden project. He is engaging and has a great sense of humour. Ivan’s vision was excellent from the start, and his team have transformed our garden. Ivan was transparent and helpful throughout the process. The quality of the work carried out was to a very good standard. Neither my husband or I had any penchant for gardening, but now that Eden Gardens have created a beautiful space, we are very keen to maintain it.
