I was worried when I first saw the state of his hair, but Jake turned out to be the most fantastic gardener I could have hoped for, and just about the nicest and most interesting person i have ever met.

We used The Garden Builders for our significant landscaping job in 2022 and could not be more thrilled with the result. We had our garden designed (rough drawings only, no technical info) elsewhere but implemented by the Garden builders. Ricky ran the project for us with his foreman Elenko with the utmost professionalism. The work was incredibly messy – digging up a 20m x 15m garden in central London which they had to take through the house (no side entrance). The disturbance to us was minimal and they kept everything very clean considering the traffic through the house. They built the kitchen area from scratch with built in cupboards and a beautiful shed also. Other skilful aspects of the work included gas fitted fire bowl and sinking of a hot tub whilst maintaining access to it, as well as a full irrigation system. Any time a problem came up Ricky and his team were ever helpful and produced innovative solutions that did not compromise on the design of the build. Furthermore, they helped us with the planting and managed to convince me to go for more seasonality in the plants whilst still providing screening / privacy for us. This advise was invaluable and we really do enjoy seeing the garden change with the seasons. It’s been nearly a whole year since the garden was completed and we are still in love with it. Since the build I have found the team incredibly responsive and helpful if any snagging or problems have arisen. Overall, I cannot recommend the garden builders highly enough.

We could not be happier with the work of Neil and his team at Garden Builders. During the design stage, Neil perfectly understood what we were looking for, and came up with a great design that really exceeded our expectations, while being open to feedback during creative iterations. The budget was totally clear and fair and turned out to be spot on. A few weeks after design was finalised, the team started the works - they proved to be very skilled, friendly, organised, pro active, efficient and professional - which made the works go smoothly and pleasantly. We were kept informed of any challenges and were able to adapt some of the designs as we went and appreciated their flexibility. We are grateful to Keri, Nasco, Pepe, Daryl and the rest of the team for their dedication to quality work. Our garden has been transformed and we will enjoy it for many years to come.

I cannot speak highly enough of The Garden Builders! They completely renovated my garden with new drainage and porcelain tiling based on a beautiful design from Lilly and Day. They quoted 6 weeks start to finish and it was indeed done within that timeframe and budget despite additional hurdles and design changes. The team was efficient, diligent and courteous- a pleasure to have on site. They had to hand carry all the old materials through my flat, but left it immaculate afterwards. Neil, Sam and Mitchell were an absolute stars- often suggesting changes to the design that really made an impact and working weekends to get the job done on time. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a garden renovation done on time and on budget!!

Garden Builders undertook a complete remodelling of my roof terrace, which looks fantastic. They are a very professional organisation with quality people and attitude. Acacia Gardens designed and implemented the hard landscaping and planting for our front and back gardens. The design process was very detailed, with our ideas and feedback factored into the final design. The preparation, construction work and planting was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. We were kept involved and consulted through. The whole team without exception were helpful, considerate and responsive. We're very happy with the end result.

I needed some new composite decking laid in my back garden. My neighbours recommended Herman at Acacia Gardens. I spoke to a number of companies but Herman was the friendliest and most helpful and he was competitively priced so I chose him. They ripped up my existing timber frame, replaced it and gave good advice about which composite decking to use. I made a number of changes throughout the project but Herman was always understanding and helpful. The builders were brilliant; Rimi in particular. They were respectful, very hard working and fun to talk to and have around. They took real pride in their work and always consulted with me when necessary. I would highly recommend Acacia Gardens to friends and family and would definitely use them again for any gardening needs. They have just finished a major project next door and that looks great, too

Acacia Gardens delivered a great landscaping project and transformed our garden. A great experience from start to finish on the top-to-toe remodel of our tired and heavily overgrown back garden. I really appreciated the transparency of the website in setting out process, timescale and costs (as well as potential fabulous results!) - and it turned out to be an accurate reflection of our experience. Emma really listened to our needs and translated them into a design that felt personal as well as practical and beautiful. The landscaping team were fabulous - good-humoured, apparently tireless, perfectionist problem solvers whose evident pride in their work shows. After years of feeling guilty and overwhelmed by its problems, being in the garden is already bringing much joy again - roll on spring!

I’ve only poppe in once as I stumbled across it whilst trying to find Earls Court Tube. It’s is a gem of a place, lovely friendly staff, beautiful range of indoor and outdoor plants and accessories. And on top of that it affordable!

I emailed them about a couple of issues with my home plants, I also attached the pictures. In a few days, Richard, regardless of not knowing me as I have never been there, was so kind to answer all my doubt. I will definitely drop by soon to buy what I need and to thank Richard personally. I recently visited a local garden center, and it was a delightful experience! The moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful layout and vibrant displays of plants, flowers, and gardening supplies. The center is well-organized, making it easy to navigate through various sections. The selection of plants was extensive, ranging from indoor houseplants to outdoor perennials and shrubs. I appreciated the knowledgeable staff, who were more than happy to provide advice on plant care and recommendations based on my gardening needs. Their passion for gardening really shone through! In addition to plants, the garden center offered a great variety of gardening tools, soil, and decorative pots, making it a one-stop shop for any gardening enthusiast. I found some unique planters that added a special touch to my home. The atmosphere was peaceful, and there were even some lovely seating areas where you could relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, my visit to the garden center was inspiring and enjoyable. I left with new plants and ideas for my garden, and I can’t wait to return for more!
