SilverBirch Gardens have just completed a four week project for us and after the 19 months it took us to find the right Contractor we struck GOLD! It’s been a pleasure. Dan was great helping us value engineer the design so the scope fit our budget and we didn't lose the principles of the design in doing so! They’ve been a great team and their attention to detail and precision was fantastic (as someone very detail driven I was so grateful for this!)…as was their patience working around a puppy needing outdoor breaks! We are thrilled with the amazing usable outdoor space created and will certainly be back in touch for the next phase needs and would gladly recommend SIlverBirch Gardens' to others without hesitation.

Our back garden was a sloping grass hill that was an unusable and impractical space. Dan designed a deck system that made the space full usable, easy to maintain and much more organised. Dan's work was superb, professional, tidy, on budget and on time. Highly recommended in every regard.

Our 6-year-old new build townhouse “backyard” of 50sqm of artificial grass was begging to be transformed into a garden space. SilverBirch achieved that, and more. What has been created could almost be described as an outdoor “room” with a raised planted circular bed of oak sleepers inside the square walls, two of which have been clad with redwood while the wooden fence has been painted. A Corten Steel panel, water feature, gorgeous limestone paving, lighting and irrigation completes the “wow” factor. We were amazed at Dan and Kieran’s high work rate. They were quick, no time wasting, while delivering precision work. Best was that they were very easy to work with and the banter made the whole experience a fun job. They were always on site when they said, never let us down and left things as neat as possible at the end of each day. They really went the extra mile for us. The end result was a team effort all round from design to hardscaping, lighting, the plants and our tree supplier all of which will definitely add value to our property while we get to enjoy the pleasant garden and view from the kitchen diner. Our tees are thriving, the birds are arriving and the garden has received many compliments. We can’t thank the team enough.

Daniel Richards was extremely helpful and constructive in the design of a major part of our garden to suit our need and wishes. He was a fountain of good advice allowing the design to be user-friendly to accommodate physical limitations and making the garden as low-maintenance as possible whilst not compromising on the aesthetic outcome. Dan and his team were very courteous, professional and friendly. We were so pleased with the result we contracted him to makeover the other two sections of our garden. This was a significant contract but worth every penny as, once again, we were so very pleased with the outcome. We strongly recommend Dan for your garden landscaping project.

We're delighted with the deck that Mark built for us. We had a third of our garden which was totally useless, on a steep slope, covered with shrubs and blocking our wonderful view. I had thought just to replant, but Mark suggested building a complete lower deck - what a transformation! We now have an amazing space on which to dine, party or just sit and enjoy the view on a fine evening. Without Mark's creativity, we would have had a much lesser space; now we have a great garden that everyone admires. I am very happy to be contacted by anyone looking to engage Mark on their own landscaping project.

We used Gardens of Illusion to landscape our garden in Bristol. The whole project involved hard and soft landscaping. We wanted a patio, a path, a pergola, raised beds, lighting and fencing. Mark worked with us in designing the garden and then built it. It was a first rate job. He is a very personable and easy person to get along with and it was a pleasure working with him. The final result exceeded our expectations and we can definitely recommend Gardens of Illusion.

This is the second time I have used Garden SOS each time they have done a fantastic job. This time they trimmed the bushes in the front garden. Visited family in Sherborne and dropped in to probably the best garden centre we've ever been to. Their Christmas displays are fantastic. It's just a shame we didn't visit before Christmas ....

Visited quickly to get out of the cold weather and I'm so glad we did! The Christmas display was open, which took about 29 minutes to walk through with only minimal browsing, but you could easily spend an hour in there looking at the various displays they have open. Dog friendly and free to enter.

I have never seen a Christmas display as good as this, there was so much choice it just went on and on, the words amazing and outstanding, just don't convey how good this is, must have taken ages to put this together. I would have taken loads more pictures but you just need to go. 2024 update gone again will make this a yearly visit, another amazing set up, this is the best Christmas display I have seen anywhere, just go and see it, by the way there are some lovely cakes in the cafe there as well.

Sherborne Garden Angels have carried out several projects for us in The Avenue including: removal of an old pond and rockery, creating a delightful outdoor seating area instead (which we use constantly); removal of a rotting, lean-to, wood-framed greenhouse and construction of a bespoke replacement to the same footprint using an aluminium frame, which many visitors have commented on as it flows seamlessly from the roofline of an existing garage; general exterior repairs and maintenance of walls, paths, access doors etc. Pawel and his team are polite, highly responsive, prompt, thorough and creative. All their work has been carried out to very high standards and at affordable rates. It is a pleasure to use them and to recommend them. Sherborne Garden Angels are our “go to” service providers for all aspects of property care, maintenance and modification.

Sherborne Garden Angels laid our new patio, with steps up to an existing pergola/walkway, and installed some corten steel screens. We had a useful, initial visit from Pawel, when we discussed the scheme and the best way to proceed. Later in the year he came and carried out all the groundworks and his team then came and expertly laid the patio. We are very pleased with the finished result. Pawel and all his team were always polite and friendly; consulting with us every step of the way. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.
