Was over the moon with the work these guys did, also they added a few extras for free , very prompt highly recommended

I wanted 4 trees removed from my garden to open up my garden and make space to get fencing in . James and his team was very knowledgeable, helpful,and very professional all got done in 1 day very impressed and really improved the space . And so much more light.

James and his team took down a very large 50ft+ ash tree with ash dieback in Old Glossop. James was friendly, professional, approachable and competent throughout the process, from application for a license (conservation area) through to liaising with neighbours and taking down a tree with difficult access. His quote was very competitive and he even left us some firewood from the tree. An excellent service, much better value than other quotes we got, and thoroughly professional throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend.

James came to have to look at the gardens and discuss exactly what needed to be done. An hour after he started, the front garden was unrecognisable and he had cleared the large driveway of weeds. He transformed our neglected garden in the space of a few hours and we would recommend him without hesitation. Especially if your garden needs a miracle performed on it!! Had several companies come out and then fail to get back to us with a price. Called on New View and James came out day after call gave us a quote the same evening and a date within a week or so to do the work. Quote accepted and awaited the day. The team came out yesterday bang on time worked flat out (yes folk still do know how to work hard) and completed. James asked for a walk round to ensure we were happy with the work which was exactly what we'd asked for. Our work involved trimming an ornamental beech hedge and substantial cutting back of several hornbeam hedges to open up the views. Brilliant job and though I doubted they could they did indeed complete in one day.

Clare really helped us with our garden design and her beautifully hand drawn pictures brought to life the ideas we had. From her initial meeting where we shared our ideas to her final concept plans, Clare was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The end product is brilliant and we are really happy with the design and the plants in the raised borders are the perfect colour and height for what we needed. I would highly recommend Clare for garden design and the planting plans.

We asked Clare to help us redesign our small London garden, and were really impressed by her ideas and suggestions. She took time to consider what we wanted from the garden and showed an extensive knowledge of different plants. The final drawings we received were very professional. In all I would highly recommend her services and am looking forward to implementing the design.

Clare is amazing. She was very thorough in her initial consultation - which meant that she really ‘got’ what we were after. Right from the start I was confident she understood the brief, to the extent we went with her very first proposed design. The work was done professionally throughout by Clare and her team (shout out to Zoe in particular!) and the end product is superb. We are absolutely delighted with our garden and even have a maintenance schedule … so it’ll be our fault if things go south from here! But it’s super-easy to maintain. And reasonably priced for the quality of work.

The design took on board our preferences for shape and materials and the planting plan our ideas for coverage and colour We now have a superb maintenance easy garden that is a riot of our favourite colours Clare managed the whole process to our entire satisfaction including dealing with the subcontractors Most importantly the work was done on time and in budget. We would and have recommended all involved in giving us a garden to be proud of to others.

Lee and his team bring huge experience, a genuine 'can do / will do' attitude, great attention to detail, and run a really well managed site. Lee has an excellent eye for design and brings quality workmanship. Great after-care too. Ours was a large and complex project and we absolutely love the results - I cannot recommend highly enough.

We have just had the team from Impact working on our back garden and new drive...they have all been fantastic! The company is well organised and professional. Right from the start communication was good, (thanks Fiona) appointments were punctual, (thanks Lee) and all the staff we met were professional, polite and skilled, taking pride in their work, (thanks Liam, Daryl, Dale & Rob - apologies to anyone we've missed) The project ran to schedule and the team were very flexible when we asked for some changes/additions along the way. 5 stars service from start to finish. Having not used impact gardens before I phoned and booked an appointment with Lee. He attended our property and listened to my wife and her thoughts only to come up with beautiful design 2 weeks later. Once we done minor tweaks we were sent a quotation and a start date. The team (Jamie and Jake) worked hard for 1 months and 2 days regardless of weather conditions. They executed the design to perfection. Jamie is extremely meticulous and pays attention to details. Moreover they were super polite and always friendly with the neighbours. They left the place tidy and clean at the end of each day and jet washed grounds once job was completed. Communication is excellent, Fiona would keep you up to date and Lee responds to emails very promptly. This is a team that cares and delivers what promised. Highly recommended. Abbas

Dean came to trim an out of control hedge I share with a neighbour, he did such a good job I asked if he could clear my garden of weeds and brambles, wow! Every invader gone, everywhere tidied and at a fair price. Top service.
