A quirky characterful themed cafe with the tone set by the owner and staff. Well worth a visit. It is a small place so a bit crowded and food took a while but lots to look at while you wait and it was worth waiting for. Generous portions well cooked.

Amazing cafe, staff are absolutely wonderful and cheery! Elz the man that owns the cafe is a proper laugh!! The food is lovely, I’ve been in a few times now and the two waitresses are very kind, lovely and helpful. It’s a clean local cafe. Lisa the cook is very friendly and lovely. Atmosphere is amazing, everyone talks to eachother and there’s 80’s music! Service was astounding like usual. And it’s a dog friendly cafe so bring all your pups!! Would urge anyone to come here with family or friends!!

Great restaurant with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. The WW2 decor has a very interesting history and adds an extra charm that you don’t get at a lot of other cafés. 100% recommend if you’re in the area and fancy a tasty brunch!

Called in on the way to Minis Bay beach and so glad we did. Off to a good start cafe being dog friendly. Food and drinks we had were very good as was the service . Turned out the owner used to live local to us . Cafe theamed with Lancaster stuff as the bouncing bomb were tested off the coast at Reculver. Good to see places like this still remembering how many air crew lost in WW2 .

Proper English cafe, real tea proper food lovely service, feels like walking into a family home in the respect that everyone seems to be on first name terms! I had Breakfast No 2 with Scrambled Eggs and extra toast on the side! Went there with my best friend who knew everyone there! To be honest, I read the reviews first before deciding to have my mid-morning breakfast during my one-night stay in Birchington. This little place is a gem! The lady who served me was ever so welcoming - I felt completely at ease! She seems to know all her customers by name and I was delighted to be part of such a warm atmosphere. My breakfast was perfect - I should have had second helpings! I highly recommend Zara's!

This is a real treat of a café. Zara and her partner are so friendly and welcoming. The coffee is great and the food is yum, real homemade treats. We have been going for years with my aunt, but hadn't been in ages, however Zara remembered me and as usual had a lovely warm welcome. It's one of my favourite places in Birchington.

Lovely place, called in for breakfast this morning, so nice, we went back for a roast dinner this afternoon ! friendly service, good food served nice and hot (and on a hot plate) at a reasonable price. will definitely call again. well done ladies.

I have used Duncan several times to undertake work at my business, including a full fuse board replacement and some technical work to connect up a gas shut-off system. Ducan's work is always of the highest quality, completed quickly, tidily and for a competitive price. I can highly recommend his work.

Duncan came and helped us with electrical upgrades for our kitchen renovation which were completed to a very high standard. The works were quite tricky and required a few visits, which were attended punctually around the kitchen renovation. I couldn’t recommend Strangxl as a company more. As a family he was very mindful of our home and children. The electrical safety certificates have been carried out by Duncan previously and we will continue to have his services to make sure our electrics run safely and to the current recommended standards. Thank you very much!

TT Electrical conducted domestic work for me to a high standard and gave me important safety advice around my current set up. They were able to fit a PIV and cooker extractor fan as well as multiple sockets without any issues. Ty and his colleague were professional and very knowledgeable. No problem was too large for him and I have booked him for further work. Nice guy and great business.

Great service! Tyrone responded quickly to my enquiry and was even prepared to come out on a weekend. He dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently, explaining everything, and checking that I was happy. Excellent value for money and he left everything tidy afterwards too! I've had problems with my electrics for years. Tim installed a new fusebox and attic light. He also changed a dodgy socket. Since then I have had no problems whatseover! Highly recommended.

Dined here for the first time with friends on the first night of their Autumn menu, furnished and decorated to a high standard, excellent service from all the FOH team throughout the whole evening. Great atmosphere with fine food, highlights were the sea trout, sea bream and a 10oz pork chop. Desserts were very moorish. No 9 is well worth a visit. Thank you.

Alistair was quick to provide me with a quote for an electrical inspection for communal fuse box in our small block of flats. I sent him a photo of our existing fuse box & he could immediately see that it no longer met the current regulations. He then quickly gave me a quote for the price of a new fuse box & the fitting. I booked him in to do the work & he arrived on time with all the necessary parts. He did a great job & was very polite. I will be recommending him to all my friends

We have had solar panels for over 12 years and Python batteries for 5 years, we have been pleased with their performances but in winter the panels suffered from shading by our neighbours chimney. We wanted to even out the years production and decided the best place to put extra panels would be in a dead area of the garden. This would mean we produced more in winter but needed to upgrade the batteries to store the extra. We discussed our ideas with Richard who ran through all the pros and cons of our plan. We settled on the ground mounted 4KW system in the picture. It sits out the way in the garden and we are very pleased with its aesthetic and performance. The fitting team of Dave and TJ were fantastic, great guys to have on site. Friendly, helpful and very neat and tidy. From the first visit by Richard to the fitting, the very prompt back office emails and certificates etc. by Hollie and Ellie we have been truly impressed. A very efficient company, can not praise them enough. As for production and storage, this winter will be a lot better than last! Much less purchased from the grid.

Total Electrical Solutions were well recommended to us by work colleagues that had had solar panels installed already. We love ours now that they are all fitted, our system has an app where we can monitor our solar energy production and where it goes. The whole team were great. Very knowledgeable and approachable and more than happy to chat through what's best for us, our house and our needs with any questions answered quickly. From planning to install we were well looked after. If you are thinking about having solar panels installed we would highly recommend using this company!

A very reliable and professional company. They fitted solar panels on our unit in ramsgate, throughout the whole process they were informative on any questions we asked about battery storage and how the use the app that tells you what your solar panels are producing. We are a roofing company and have worked with this company on a couple of jobs, their employees are a great team to work with. Would definitely recommend

After seeing the works these guys completed for my daughter, I got them out to complete some work for myself. They supplied and changed all of the downlights in my home for more energy efficient ones. As well as this, we were having issues with ventilation in our bathroom creating damp issues. They investigated the problem and they were very quick and efficient in fixing the issues found and explained everything very clearly to me. Really friendly chaps and wouldn't hesitate to use them again 👍

Matthew and his brother wired up my shed to connect power. They fitted an outdoor socket as well as lighting all round. On a separate occasion they supplied and fitted colour changing LED strip and profiling around my bedroom. Overall they have been really professional, polite and produce high quality work. Highly recommend TwinEnergy and will be using their services again in the future.
