Paul came out to put new taps in the bathroom (bath & basin) on completion we found one of the basin taps to be faulty! I had to order another one...i contacted Paul & he came out to put it on at no extra charge...now bearing in mind it was neither his fault or mine I think it was commendable of him...i would highly recommend Paul...very efficient..

I phoned yesterday with an issue of a couple of sockets not working. He arrange to come round when was convenient for us, around school hours. Was very polite and found and fixed the issue very quickly and provided extra info on the circuits too. Top class service, will definitely use again. Dan
