I had been without hot water for months as my electric boiler received intermittent voltage from the main consumer unit. Simon gave me a competitive quote and booked me in for the following working day. He arrived promptly, found the fault in minutes and fixed it without a hitch (including fitting new double pole switches in the boiler room to replace the existing fused ones which were inadequate).
