Karen and the team worked on a large internal lighting upgrade at our church and completed the job to an extremely high standard, getting in additional equipment needed and being incredibly flexible to get it finished quickly, when the job turned out to be more involved than we had initially realised. It has made such a huge difference to the building. Karen and the team were polite and courteous, they are qualified to the highest levels as needed by the C of E and they provided all supporting documentation immediately on completion of the work. They are very experienced in working with churches.We would not hesitate to use the team in future and would recommend to other churches in the area, as well as residential properties.

I have just used Bright Sparks Electrical Services for the first time and was extremely impressed with the complete service from start to finish. Matt has been brilliant throughout the whole experience, I called him for a quote and he arrived when he said he would and I received the estimate in very good time too which was great considering we had a short deadline. Matt reassured me that he could fit the work in for when I needed it done! And even though I added stuff in the work was done as per schedule. Rob installed light fittings and power outlets in my garden room. His work is aesthetically pleasing and he left the areas he was working in (both inside & outside) clean and tidy when he was done. You can tell he really knows his stuff & was able to offer good advice from the initial consultation to the finished job. Rob is a skilled, fuss free electrician. He has such a comprehensive knowledge of electrical work and installation. He is reasonably priced and his work speaks for itself. He recently installed our floodlights in little time for us and deduced a problem over the phone which he came around and fixed to do with our wall sockets. I have recommended him to our friends for full house fittings or any electrical trouble shoot or installation.

Rob recently changed the light switches and wall sockets to chrome throughout our house as well as fitment of pendant lighting to our kitchen.
