We had what to us was an emergency but was really quite a small problem - one of our smoke alarms decided to cut out and started beeping very loudly! It was however, very upsetting. We called Gary and he came out the same morning and fixed the problem within minutes; all for a very reasonable charge! He also gave us some basic advice about smoke alarms generally. Ayan was a life saviour for me - he came out late this Sunday eve to fix an electrical issue we had, lights were all working strangely but none of the appliances were tv, fridge freezer, kettle all down etc. After testing it all he worked out the issue was our tumble drier and at same time was able to replace the switch/ socket with new ones so not only was the problem solved but our much needed heavy duty tumble drier repaired so we could still continue using too!! Very grateful to have found him - the first company I called I gave up on as they promised they'd be half an hour and still hadn't arrived two hours later so luckily came across Ayans details online he also offered a fixed and much cheaper fee and in contrast he turned up exactly when he said he would only taking half an hour to make it over. I called Ayan Electricians after searching for local Electricians on Google. Nadeem gave me a quote over the phone, to change six old downlights, which were proving to be problematic for me. He gave the best and, in my opinion, the most reasonable quote. He arranged to attend on Thursday, which he did, notifying me before he left that he was on his way. I'm really happy with the work and the communication from Nadeem, and will hopefully be using his services when needed in the future.

KG electrical installed a humidistat fan in our bathroom where we had been having a condensation problem. Kyle Gamble rapidly assessed the job and provided a list of works and quote. Gabby was very helpful and efficient scheduling the job which was carried out extremely competently, exactly as specified, by Luke, leaving the site clean and tidy for making good and re-tiling. We were very happy with K G Electrical, there was a lot of work in our new house which needed to be done (light switch relocations, new wall sockets). The work was done professionally and after the work was done they cleaned the house. In our initial quote we made some changes in the last minute which they were able to do but after some more communication it resulted in one more day of work. Overall it was great that they were open to change the quote to accommodate our last minute changes. (It was a little bit of confusion about this as the engineer on site didn't know about this but in the end it ended up good!) Luke was leading the work and we were very happy with his work. He always explained everything and understood all our (complicated) requirement.
