I recently had an urgent electrical issue following an installation by Octopus Energy. After they installed a smart meter, I experienced a major problem where my fuse box exploded, blowing out (not just tripping) two fuses. It was a stressful situation, to say the least. Ian meticulously traced the problem back to the smart meter installation and discovered that the Octopus Energy engineers had screwed into an existing cable. This oversight caused the disastrous malfunction of my fuse box. Ian and Charlie didn't waste any time. They fixed the issue swiftly, ensuring everything was up to standard and safe. Their expertise and attention to detail were clear, and they took the time to explain what had gone wrong and how they were fixing it. Overall, I was very impressed with their service.
