Used Topsparks multiple times. Telephone always answered quickly. Plumber always sent next day if urgent. Plumber always shows up on time and stays to complete the job whether it is 2 hours or 8 hours. Mike and his apprentice are outstanding and did a thorough job and worked really hard. The whole team at Topsparks is ‘user-friendly’. They are very considerate towards my 94-year old father and his needs and provided full technical explanations. Good value and reasonable pricing. Plumber was re-sent on one occasion when further work needed and I was not charged. My thanks to Karen, Aran, Mike and Tim.

Robin is open and honest, explains the work to be done and the products to be used. Our solar panel installation was delayed for a day due to an overrun on the previous job which meant the team only had one day to complete the installation. This was achieved. The team were all polite, friendly and personable and took care of our property. Robin checked the job and made some adjustments to ensure all was as it should be. All essential paperwork was provided promptly and questions asked by email were answered after reminding. Communication was better than average than the Dorset tradesmen we’ve experienced to date. Price was competitive and staged payments were very fair. We are pleased with the outcome and are happy to recommend Robin and his team.

I had an electrical outage. My Internet, fridge, and all appliances were out. I called for the emergency call out service and the electrician offered to help me. I sent him a photo of my mains and he was able to walk me through the issue over the phone. Great service, would definitely recommend.

Bruce arrived promptly to fit my new bathroom light, he quickly realised there was a problem with the pull switch itself and luckily found one in his van. He fitted both the light and switch efficiently and safely, tidying up afterwards. He is a very polite, helpful and friendly person and I would recommend him as an electrician :)

Leigh and his great team came in and got the job sorted, as we agreed. I like Leigh approach, no fuss. They moved my broadband (finally I get a real signal around the house) wired-in out building to fuse board, got sockets, lighting and networking finally sorted out for me and did a full check across the board. Really pleased with the work carried out to install 2 x extractors and a PIV unit. The work was much more involved than first thought, and the poor guy was working in our loft on the hottest day of the year! But he returned a second day to finish up and the original price was honoured. A pleasure having you in our home and feeling the benefits of the extractors and PIV as soon as they were turned on!
