I have been with Stella since I was 16 which is now 27 years! And I have always had excellent treatment both from Stella and the nurses, the practice is always clean and tidy to a high standard, and has what I call the "clinical dental smell" The only time I may change dentists is when Stella retires!!.

I've only just become a patient due to my long term dentist retiring and received a lovely welcome from the staff. I then developed a problem which was very painful. I was given priority and prescribed antibiotics which soon alleviated the problem with a further appointment the following week. All this but also such kindness and understanding.

Very impressed with the service I received. I was a little concerned prior to my appointment as I knew the practice had been recently taken over. However, I didn't need to worry as Dr. Alex's high standards are clearly being maintained by the new dentist. Very friendly staff. I felt the treatment I was given was first class and have every confidence that my dental care will be to a high standard.

It was my first time visiting Dr. Patel and he was brilliant. I’m a very nervous patient and I was anxious about changing to a new dentist, but I left feeling like I was in very good hands. Dr. Patel was very thorough, very attentive, and talked me through his thoughts on my possible treatment and made me feel like my input was valued. I don’t think I’ll ever get over my fear of the dentist, but it’s a nice change to have a dentist that isn’t dismissive about it. I highly recommend!

Had my first appointment today at Willows Dental and it exceeded expectations. The initial check up I received was very thorough and I even had Dr Jayesh talk me through the X-rays of my teeth and he give me an excellent explanation of everything he could see in the pictures and offered recommendations for the future. All staff were so polite and I can only give the highest recommendation to anyone seeking a dentist or a change of dentist. Many thanks Jayesh and the team.

Dr. Walker is one of the best dentist I have ever had, I have been a patient for around 15 years now. Prior to that I had nightmare dentists. Four weeks ago I had an emergency, after accidentally knocking my front tooth out, I got an appointment the following day. I then had another problem and he came out over the Christmas/New Year period to solve this. Dr. Walker cares about your teeth, it is not all about the money. I highly recommend him.

I have been wearing dentures for a number of years from different Dental Surgeries, none of which have been totally satisfactory. Requiring a new set I went to Eastgate Dental Surgery where I was seen by Dr Walker. I can honestly say that I am totally satisfied, the teeth are comfortable, sturdy and, most important, they fit perfectly with top and bottom set aligned exactly. Highly recommended.

Before going to clover I was petrified to go to the dentist, before going I haven’t been for 15 odd years. I knew I needed a lot of work done. Rebecca and the girls have been fantastic with me through all my work (6 fillings and 2 out) I can’t thank them enough. They reassured me every step of the way. They never rushed me to book my appointment I booked them at my own pace. On my first appointment they were fully open about the cost and I felt no pressure whatsoever. I've always been with a NHS dentist in Essex but moved to Lincolnshire and had to go private. I joined Clover House as a new patient and what a difference. The staff are outstanding and the care and attention is the best I have ever received. I'm no longer petrified of a dentist visit. Thank you for explaining everything you do throughout any treatment. I was seen by the dentist, a very thorough inspection, then by the hygienist. This was, without doubt, the best experience I’ve had at a hygienist. Although it was gentle, it was very thorough and my mouth felt incredibly clean. Following a hygienist appointment at my last dentist, my mouth was still sore three days later! I would highly recommend Clover to anyone looking for a friendly, professional dentist practice.

I've had so many years of 'Dentist Phobia'. However this all changed when I joined (following my wife from an NHS centre in the town) two years or so ago.. I just wished I'd done it much sooner. I'm sure our previous dentist worked part time on a building site. From entering to leaving the Clover staff are absolutely wonderful.. Nothing is too much for them. They really do treat you more like family than just a paying customer. Thanks for doing it so brilliantly. X

Newly registered at Rose Cottage. My first appointment with Mr Mantle was great. He was thorough and discussed a dental plan with me. I’ve now had the recommended treatment which was carried out professionally and promptly. I have found Mr Mantle and all the team friendly and kind. I’m extremely anxious attending the dentist but they’ve all made me feel completely relaxed. I would highly recommend the practice and have already recommended it to my family.

I had a wisdom tooth taken out today & upon entering the room, the dentist asked me how I was & I told him I was nervous. I've never had any procedure done to my teeth except your usual scale & polish so this was extremely anxiety-inducing. The gentleman explained the entire thing & was so reassuring that I was happy with what was going to happen & the aftercare was explained by a lovely nurse who made sure I was okay. The worst part was the numbing injection - the actual tooth removal was over in about 10 seconds!! I would highly recommend this clinic (I know I was likely just lucky regarding my tooth) but the staff are so friendly & calming. It's likely I'll need another wisdom tooth out in the future & I won't be so scared next time. Thank you BUPA team!

Was referred here to have a tooth taken out. From start to finish, they have been fantastic. I arrived this morning for my appointment, feeling nervous as always at the dentist. Great service, friendly staff. Not a lot you can say about a Wisdom tooth extraction, no pain at the time but face came up like a balloon, and I had a bruise from my ear to my throat. Not a pleasant experience but all in all everything was very professional, nurse was very comforting and the surgeon was quick and sewing was very neat, apparently!!

I was referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction which I expected to be tricky to remove. My dental surgeon and nurse were both very professional and able to keep me calm and explained the whole procedure thoroughly. I tried for weeks via NHS and every dentist in Sleaford, nothing. These guys saw me - as an emergency - about an hour after I'd called. Just under and hour later I'd had two infected teeth removed and was walking out. The entire process was so friendly and reassuring, it made me regret not going sooner. The best clinic I've been to, I came to the emergency room because I had a terrible pain, I went to another clinic and the doctor there told me I had an infection, I took antibiotics for three days and the pain was the same, then I went here and Dr. Jan Visse, an exceptional doctor and the nurse an exceptional lady told me directly without any kind of X-ray, he just looked a little and told me what the problem was, I recommend it with the highest confidence if you want to have the best verdict and a treatment as it should be, go with the greatest confidence Thank you so so much 🙏🙏🙏

First visit today for emergency tooth removal. I am very nervous of dentists to the point I cry and hyperventilate before I've even sat in a chair. Receptionist managed to get me in within 24 hrs and she was very helpful and friendly. I can honestly say the treatment received was absolutely amazing. They were very professional and put me at ease and removed my tooth with no pain. Cannot recommend them enough and I am actually looking forward to going back as a regular for dentistry, which is something I never thought I would ever say!
