Extremely happy with the care we receive from Dr Bilal. He is an excellent dentist with outstanding communication skills. As someone who is very anxious around dental treatment I find Dr Bilal explains the process clearly and whilst under going treatment he narrates what he is doing and what is to come next. Making a stressful experience a lot more manageable. He is fantastic with young children, both my son and daughter are very happy to be seen by him.
Staff at Lydd dental care are all super friendly. The lady on reception is very personable and always welcomes you with a smile and chats to my children. I have had positive experiences with every dental nurse I have encountered at the practice.
I had a private dentist and was so grateful when l finally found this NHS dental clinic.
I now have new information and do not need to worry about my teeth and gums as much as l was, which also keeps the cost down too.
