Great service at Dale Road Dental Practice today. Barely sat down before I was called in for my appointment. The staff are friendly and help you feel at ease. Dr Rae is always cheerful and has plenty to chat about, a thoroughly pleasant experience considering it's not one I ever look forward to, especially on a Monday morning! 😊
Good morning, sending feedback about my appointment with you yesterday. As I mentioned, it was my first visit to a dentist since 1974, owing to a phobia I have had, so was very nervous, prior to my visit. However, the kindness and understanding shown soon put my mind to rest, and I was feeling much more relaxed during the appointment. I am pleased further appointments are now booked, and that I will actually be able to smile at people properly again without fear of looking like something from one of the old ‘Hammer’ horror movies. I had an emergency appointment this morning and the Practice were able to slot me into their diary. Katrina, the dentist was clear and efficient in giving me the options for the work to be done. A great service for someone who wa in pain for 3 days.
