Rachel is responsible for cleaning our service apartment in Birmingham on a long term contract. This role is demanding as the apartment is highly dependent on cleaners to ensure that everything is well and to report concerns and ensure that the apartment is cleaned to the highest standard. Rachel is able to work under pressure as at times the apartment has to be cleaned promptly to allow other guests to check in. Rachel has provided an excellent service. Very professional, clean, thorough and on time. Everything you’d want for an end of tenancy clean really. Very happy with their service. One thing i would’ve liked better to happen is an email confirmation regarding the appointment rather than just the message on their website. Nevertheless everything went as scheduled.

Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end. Quick responses, set prices and no complaints, even though my tenants didn't vacate the property when they said they would.
