After being let down by a couple of companies and individuals we came across HCL and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed. From start to finish we could not be more thrilled and thankful for Fiona and Haydn. Communication with Fiona has been superb and Haydn's thoroughness in his work and advice has been top notch! He was able to sort out a "garden" in my parents' gutter where others have failed before. Would highly recommend. We're now planning on using them every year! Really great company - excellent communication via Fiona from initial enquiry through to day of booking. Had to rearrange initial booking due to extreme frozen weather but they came out anyway to double check and couldn't have been more apologetic (obviously not their fault at all). Cleaning was carried out of gutters, all windows and a lean-to conservatory which took some effort on the roof but Haydn was determined to get it as spotless as possible and the results are excellent - very happy and will be using them for regular cleans going forward! We invited Glint Cleaning Solutions for a quote after a spectacular phone call with the most wonderful customer service from their team. We commissioned them after accepting their quote to do an initial clean at one of our estates. We were also satisfied with their insurance and indemnity coverage that we needed to have in place for prospective contractors. Glint Cleaning Solutions and their boss Jivan provide a level of commercial service that I believe is second to none. They don't talk, they get down to business which is what I was looking for. The level and quality of work was just brilliant. We have now permanently appointed GCS as our exclusive estate wide contractors on a contractual basis. Highly recommended. Requested a quote on Sunday evening via Mail. Monday Paul quoted and arranged to visit the next day. Cleaned all windows and doors as requested. Definitely works to a high standard and with pace, whilst cleaning shared before and after photos of the Polycarbonate roof that was deep cleaned. Highly recommend Paul and his team. I would most definitely use Nita again. She was professional, polite, hard working and most importantly gave me a competitive price. I called her to arrange an end of tenancy clean. She visited the property and gave me a really good quote. I’m based in London so requested that she collects the key from the nieghbour. She was happy to do that and arrived on time. She spent a long time cleaning the property and even cleaned the extractor fan filter as a bonus which I was extremely happy with and needless to say I’ll definitely be using her again.

Josh was quick and attentive to speak with me on the phone and book me in for a visit so he could quote (reasonable) then a date and time to start cleaning (builders dust aftermath). I phoned Midland Cleaning on a Saturday regarding an end of tenancy clean, not really expecting the phone to be answered. But it was! Josh answered and was extremely helpful, and managed to look at photos and quote for the clean, and even book it in at very short notice for the next week.
