When deciding I needed help to keep our windows clean, I asked around (before Nextdoor.co.uk existed) and Timber’s name came up several times. We receive a text the day before he arrives, he parks next door and cleans the windows for our next door neighbour and for the house next to them, too, as well as us. He is remarkably efficient, does a great job and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Timber has been cleaning our windows for around 10 years now. He comes regularly about every 6 weeks. He is efficient, courteous and the results of his work are excellent. Using his filtered water there is no smearing or brush marks left after drying, just very clear and clean windows. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others and I hope he will continue to clean our windows for another 10 years or so.

For an end of tenancy clean in Surrey, do not go anywhere else. My mother is a professional cleaner. I’d say I’m a decently good authority on the subject. Without doubt the best cleaning job (sorry, mum) I’ve ever seen. The house was left simply flawless. It’s just a shame my family and I had to move out, we can’t make the most of it! There was a tiny issue - where the sealant of our washer was accidentally left uncleaned - which was raised on the end of tenancy checkout report. The customer service to rectify it was incredible though! After querying with Maid for each other via a WhatsApp message, they went back the next day to clean the seal. All completely for free too. And to think I was considering doing the clean myself to save some cash. These guys were worth every penny!

We used Always Cleaned for our end of tenancy clean. They came recommended by our Estate Agent and were reasonably priced. Booking with Maria via WhatsApp was easy and convenient. On the day the cleaning crew arrived promptly and I met with the team leader. When I returned I thought that maybe they had case some kind of spell. It was like the inside of the property was new. The team did an absolutely amazing job and I would consider them experts in their field. If they do regular house cleans I would consider using them on a weekly basis. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with this company.
