I have been very very happy using this service for more than two years, and still am. I thought it’s about time for me to write a review, so had a quick look at other reviews first, and was amazed and surprised by a very recent poor review concerning a NEW ZIP & FASTENER. For me, they have altered a brand-new pair of Levi jeans, repaired, a delicate jacket pocket, answered my questions with sound advice, and I still use their cleaning service about twice a month. I have never had reason to complain, only ever to compliment on an EXCELLENT SERVICE. They are definitely NOT RUDE people, DO NOY TELL LIES, and I think their PRICES are very REASONABLE compared to other cleaning services. Looking at the photo of broken zip, it looks like the material is pulling a bit too tight each side of the zip, also possibly black tool holders on the sides, if so then their weight would likely add to side pressure on the zip as well. I can only suggest that anyone doubting the service provided here just go in and ask questions about alterations and cleaning for yourself, and you will see almost immediately how genuine and polite they are. If it was possible, I would give a rating of 10 out of 5!

Fantastic business. I was caught short by a dress being too long for an event and I got in contact with Quick Dry Kleen. They got back to me super quickly and was able to take a floor length velvet dress up and for me to collect within 2 days. Super grateful and fantastic work. Thank you so much and very much recommended
