I am currently dealing with high levels of mould in my office. I called up ICE services group to help sort the problem. After having a survey done I was ready to have the work being carried out in a short amount of time whilst we were closed. On the day I had Hope and Femi who came to help resolve the issue. Hope explained everything in detail, as I was new to this and didn’t have much prior understanding. He took me through step by step of what they were doing and ensured that I was satisfied along the way. The pair were friendly, patient and knowledgable. They made sure that the work was carried out from start to finish with care and professionalism. I did not have to worry so much about moving things around as they were willing to help every step of the way. These small things were much appreciated and gave me a piece of mind. They displayed great work ethics and ethos of the company. Very reassuring for the price you pay.
