I contacted CLEAN CCS after a friend showed me results of his roof cleaning and how professional they were. All I can say I was not disappointed, from the price to the customer service and politeness of the guys on site. The roof was cleaned, and bio was sprayed, the windows and sofits cleaned and all the moss was bagged and taken away clearing site. All in all I would have no qualms in recommending this company.

Today, I had Clean CCS Ltd attend my property for a Roof Clean. I was not sure what to expect but wanted it done, I could not be more impressed than I am right now. Professional, likeable, meticulous and Informative. From the moment they arrive to the time that they left I was keep up to date with the progress being made. The area was prepared before they started to work and it was left spotlessly clean when they departed. The end result was way better than I expected, I have been here for 21 years and now my roof looks brand new . I will now happily recommend Clean CCS to anyone who wanted to have a roof cleaned, I am that impressed that I will have a regular 3 yearly Biocide maintenance programme set up. A thoroughly professional team arrived on time, worked tirelessly and cleaned up really well considering what amount of muck and moss came off the roof! They took great care round the solar panels and we are delighted with the result. The price was competitive and back office support was excellent.

These guys work magic! Our 70 year old roof looks brand new! They worked professionally and respectfully of our neighbours. They completely cleans around the house making it look like they’d never been there. I can’t recommend these guys enough.
