After a while of considering getting a new sofa due to multiple spillages over the years, and struggling to remove the stains ourselves, we decided to hire Alpha cleaning first to see if they could salvage our beloved sofa. The results in the photos speak for themselves! I couldn't believe how good it looked. The colour has been well and truly revived and the patches we hated so much have completely gone! We also had our carpets throughout the house cleaned and although they weren't particularly bad they look like they have a new lease of life. We thoroughly recommend their services!

Alpha came to my house today for an oven, hob and extractor clean. We moved to this new estate in March 2023, after almost 18 months of use the oven was a little over due! They provided a really professional service and Amy and Wes are lovely people too. The oven, hob and extractor look like they did when we moved in to our new build. They also had a spare bulb in stock too, ours had blown a few weeks ago. I really recommend them and have also requested some quotes on some carpet and upholstery! I have no hesitation in using them again. Thanks again.

So pleased I went with Alpha. Booked it in October & told at time they only had 2 available spaces before Xmas. The fact they are so busy was a really good sign & now I see why. Really professional job from Amy & Wes. Great communication throughout, friendly service & most importantly my sofa is transformed. They also did carpets in living room, hall & stairs & they look so much better now. Would 100% use Alpha again & will be recommending them to friends.

I have the most impossible colour to maintain for my carpets when comes about traffic stain. And for who doesn't know this, as thicker the carpet is as obvious the traffic wear and stain will be. For the past 4 years I've tryed numerous methods to clean them myself and failed miserably. My last try was calling professionals and steeam clean before I give up, I thought this could be an expensive "no difference", however for first time I can say they are clean and smell clean! ☺️ Amy and Wes were very helpful and nice... Of course in terms of the wear.... It will still be obvious unfortunately is just cleaning no magic. But I am absolutely confident I'll call them back few times before I through my carpets away.
