When I've needed extra work doing they were easy to reach and quick to respond. They are great with pets too (I have two cats who need to be carefully managed!). Ashford Cleaners are the third cleaner we've used this year, after finding that the others dropped their standards after the initial couple of cleans or failed to turn up. I love having an online account to book and manage cleans, see payments, and our cleaner - Monique - always does a lovely job, is very friendly and trustworthy, and so efficient! While Ashford Cleaners are slightly more expensive per hour than the previous ones I used, Monique works so quickly and does such a good job that it works out better value! We've also had a carpet clean through them and the guy did a really thorough job.
