We recently purchased a property built in the early '90s and by all appearances the roof had never been cleaned and there was quite a profusion of moss spoiling the curb appeal. I got a few quotes for a thorough roof clean and gutter clearance and DixeyClean came in the lowest so I went with them. The communication from their office was good throughout and the three-man crew who attended to the job were courteous and professional and they went the extra mile by returning to clean a couple of areas they had trouble reaching on the first day. John and Dylan arrived exactly on time & worked tirelessly cleaning the gutters, soffits & down pipes, removing leaves from & cleaning a carport inside & out & the same with a polycarbonate roof over a garden side room. The terrace and decks were powerwashed & treated & now look like new again which was beyond my best expectations. The guys were professional, polite & friendly & a pleasure to have working here, they did a tremendous job that I am delighted with having given me back a house/terrace to be proud of. Myself and three other neighbours had our roofs cleaned and sealed. I would like to say from the first phone call that I had with Richard he was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything to me also when I decided to go with Dixie clean he sent all certificates over of the staff and health and safety etc. the lads turned up on time and they were very polite and well mannered. they also made sure that all the other neighbours were Aware of what they were doing and any mess that was made would be cleaned afterwards, including their windows gardens paths etc. we couldn’t of asked for a better service. They made sure that everything was covered in surrounding areas and protected also health and safety guidelines were followed. Also from the start of the job to the finish of the job they explained what they were doing as they went along they done an amazing job on the roofs.. They look as if they’re brand-new. Also the cleanup was amazing. They washed everybody’s windows conservatories walls, doors, paths, even the neighbours that hadn’t had the job done they made sure that the windows and gardens were clean. all the neighbours comment on how good they were also I would definitely recommend to have the smart seal put on the roof. and last of all I would definitely recommend Dixie clean.

Just want to say how impressed I was with the results of the clean – genuinely did not expect the results to be as good as they were! So much so that I hadn’t took any before and after photographs, fortunately the company did! As a side note, the weather yesterday was really poor so firstly a massive thank you for the perseverance and professionalism of the guys, my wife (and I) were pretty impressed. So professional and the results speak for itself! 100% recommend this business to anyone thinking of doing the same as what we had done!

DixeyClean, came highly recommended, they use top notch products and did a safe soft-wash and clean of our roof. Our roof was replaced several years, but had become partially covered in light moss and algae. The lads who did the work did a amazing job, respectful, no damage, a thorough clean of the roof and facias. Nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up the debris and work area after. Impressed with the attention to detail and results afterwards, our roof is like new. No pushy sales process, everything explained and detailed in email.
