Excellent from start to finish. Alex replied to my first enquiry very quickly, came out and looked at our carpet and got the quote to us the same day. Kept us well informed. Arrived this morning on time. Was polite, friendly and hard working. Did an excellent job on our carpet which was in a bad state. Looks so nice now really pleased. Would highly recommend.Thank you.

Couldn't have asked for a better service from Alex. Our carpets were absolutely spotless when he'd finished and they were in quite poor condition to begin with, to say the least. The deodoriser he used also made them smell amazing - meaning our house no longer had the smell of wet dog leftover from the previous owners! Alex was so lovely, he was on time and very friendly! The carpets are absolutely amazing! Baring in mind we had a black labradoodle and cream/grey carpets, not one hair was left and they were beautifully clean and fresh, I would highly recommend him, especially after I had a ridiculous quote from a bigger company and Alex’s quote was very reasonable and was done to perfection x

Moving into my new home the carpets weren’t in the greatest of conditions. But couldn’t afford new carpets straight away. So choosing Royal cleaning to give them a deep clean was the best decision! Alex did an amazing job and amazing service. Thank you again ☺️
