Jerry did a great job from start to finish - called me back straight away after my initial enquiry, booked me in at a suitable time and arrived promptly at the arranged time. Jerry worked so hard to remove stubborn stains on my sofa, and also cleaned the carpet. Very happy with the results, and the room smells lovely and fresh!
