Ian could not have been more helpful in helping me to find a way to connect my Karcher to a non-Karcher hose reel. Communication is terrific, replies to emails immediately and over the weekend. I visited his business and it's a nice, dedicated set up. I'm delighted; great service at a great price.

Fantastic helpful service, the after car is great. I Purchased a used hot Karcher pressure washer of Ian over 2 years ago and it has been perfect. Ian comes and services it and is always on the end of the phone if you need any technical help and advise. Amazing company.
