I needed a new window cleaner when mine stopped coming. Rachel was quick to come and give me a quote leaving a leaflet with details for me. She texted me the night before she came to clean and even apologised for the delay due to the weather. When she’d cleaned she did a fantastic job and left a card with details on how to pay (online which is great for me as I never have money on me!) and texted me to say she had been! Fantastic service. The windows are always sparkling. Hassle free transaction with bank transfer for payment. Even my teenagers notice when Rachel has been & they don’t normally notice anything 😁. Would highly recommend.
