I booked an appointment to have my lounge carpet cleaned and had a very competitive quote. Phil confirmed the appointment the night before, and arrived promptly. He was very professional and explained the process before he started. He didn’t rush the job, and the end result was perfect. My carpet was beautifully clean and fresh.
