You will never find a more professional, trustworthy, honest, or reliable vehicle servicing establishment than Spilsby Garage, and the owners could not be nicer. I moved to Spilsby 8 years ago when it was recommended to me. I now live 30 miles away and would not even consider using any other garage. My car deserves the best.

A brilliant local garage! Always fair on price, incredibly honest and hard working. The place is always busy but they always make time to help and get you booked in when you need work done... And they never overcharge or take advantage. They deserve every success. A real hidden gem in the Spilsby/Hundleby area. An outstanding, honest service. After years with other garages, we're blessed to have these guys on our doorstep. I cannot recommend them enough!

Ok so I have been using this garage for years and cannot praise them highly enough. Customer service is absolutely second to none. Knowledge of all car types is second to none, based on experience not theory. Under the ever watchful eye of the owner Jon you won't find them guessing at a problem and hoping for the best. If it isn't sorted properly then it won't leave the garage. They will always give you an up front appraisal of your car and will always treat you fairly. They live by their reputation and will never do anything to damage it. You can ask anyone who uses them and you will only get positive responses. They are generally busy but will always make time to discuss your requirements and if you are able to wait for a booked in repair then it will be worth it as there is nothing worse than a bad garage experience. Don't feel nervous if you don't know the first thing about cars because they exist only to offer a great, friendly service and the first time you meet Ellie at reception you will understand what I mean. If you do know cars and you are trusting them with your cherished motor then you will also soon realise you are in safe hands.

Travel up from Bedfordshire and alternator went on our Toyota. Found these guys who sorted us out. Friendly service and lent us there courtesy car so we could continue with our holiday plans. Well recommended.

Had a problem with my VW TRANSPORTER T6 suspension while on holiday in Lincolnshire, phoned them and they were great on the phone took it in the same day Thursday 4.00pm the had a look thought it was the front suspension strut ordered the part for delivery 1st thing Friday morning got the van back on Friday afternoon, all sorted. Absolutely brilliant garage, they were recommended to me by someone who has uses them, couldn't fault them and the service they provided. Can drive home 4 hour away without worrying. 10 out if 10. I was on holiday at Tattershall Lakes, when I needed two tyres, I contacted Malcolm Padley and he ordered them on the Monday and they had come by Tuesday and fitted, excellent service would definitely recommend Malcolm Padley.

Whilst staying at Tattershall lakes I was on my way back from Ingoldmells when I hit something on the road and it completely punctured my tyre. Luckily I was able to get it back to Tattershall lakes entrance when I noticed Malcom’s garage was right next to the site, so I slowly drove it there and went to ask for assistance. After speaking with him he told me that he would be able to help but to try checking with my insurance company first before he gets involved. Following his advice I did that however it was around a 4-6 hour wait for them to get to me. So I decided to speak with Malcolm and ask him if he would be able to help me and sort me with a complete new tyre and check over the car to make sure there wasn’t any further damages. This was no issue for him and the level of professionalism I received was second to none. He really was a true gentlemen! After exchanging details I was booked in to have my new tyre delivered first thing in the morning where I was called to collect my car at dinner time where he told me the tyre was all changed and there was no further damage to my car and I was all ready to go! On arrival I expressed my gratitude towards him and explained how he’d be a life saver and I appreciated it so much! He really is the most down to earth man you can meet, very genuine, great price and would help any one in a heartbeat. I urge anyone who needs help with their cars in the Tattershall area or surrounding area to go to Malcolm Padley & Sons because honestly the service you receive is the best! Before I left I even tried to tip him with £20 for the pure fact he didn’t have to help me he could of told me he was too busy and had other things on but he didn’t, he stopped what he was doing and immediately helped me! Overall, you don’t get service like this anymore and I can’t thank him enough it’s a shame we don’t live close by because I can say for a fact all my family and friends would be using him! We were on Holiday at Tattersall Lakes but worried we might not make the 140 miles back home as our car had a burning smell from under the bonnet. Thought it was a drive belt or worse so called for advice at Malcolm Padley's Garage. Malcolm was amazing and came straight out to check under the bonnet then checked the vehicle on his ramp to reveal I had spilled oil when topping up that had spread over the engine etc causing the acrid smell. We can't thank him enough for solving the problem and stop us worrying. And he wouldn't accept any payment for his time and effort, which is so rare these days and to be commended. Thanks again for you kindness Malcolm. Would highly recommend 5***** plus.

Mid lincs commercial Ltd serviced and put my horse lorry it through its test. They let me know what work needed doing and cost . The lorry passed its test no problem. They are a very professional in how they run their business, I would highly recommend them .

Great experience all round, severe manifold leak on an extremely awkward and time consuming engine (and missing parts from a previous workshop!). Kept me updated all the way through, now drives like a new van. Very fair price as well, highly recommended.

Had a sudden problem with engine performance as it lost 30% of power and sounded like a tractor. Called this garage who said bring it to him straight away. No sooner had I pulled up, the bonnet was up and within 5 minutes, turbo connecting pipe found in secure. Ideally requires a new one but with some basic mechanical engineering, symptom was eradicated within 15 mins. Car runs like it should do with constant power. No messing, no fuss problem, solved.

Used this garage All of my life, my dad and grandad came to Smalley's long before I was even on the planet. Fair and honest prices and turnaround time on the work is as quick as any big garage, everything is explained to you before parts are orderd and no bs along the way. Nothing is to much, he even told me the car I had in the past wasn't worth mending so he refused to do the work doing himself out of 400 pounds! Can't give the place enough praise

Brilliant little garage, the pay at pump is a godsend for me after a late shift, too. All the staff are friendly and the Garden Center and Yeti store are awesome too, this station hasn't got a minimum fuelling limit (that I've yet found!) which is helpful for topping up a moped with like £1 of fuel. In the garage there's a selection of car items and general convenience bits and in the Yeti store attached there's a bigger selection. The Garage also has an Evri pick-up/drop-off which is well used by myself and others I know, definitely a valued service they offer!

Motorcycle MOT. Done promptly and very thoroughly. Friendly and helpful. The bike passed ok but he noticed a small detail that warrants attention. Highly recommended.

Battery died while on holiday and were stranded on a campsite on a Saturday. Mick sourced us a new battery and came out and fitted it for us in a couple of hours. Couldn't thank him enough. Highly recommend!
