I contacted Mark in the morning in regard to getting my new washing machine installed, Mark asked me some questions & he was able to visit around midday, a professional and polite worker, who tidied up after the work was completed and gave me a few tips on how to keep my washing machine running well. Highly recommended service, i would not hesitate to recommend Mark for all your plumbing needs.

Rang him last week to sort out my washing machine which wasn't draining the water out of it, after my amazing bad job at trying to connect it up. He came round in 15 mins of ringing him and sorted the job out with amazing speed and professionalism and found him very approachable and gave some good advice.

Great service from Ricky, arrived on time and repaired the broken door handle and locking bar on the kitchen door, and ordered a new high security barrel for for the dining room door, which he came back to fit the day it arrived. Highly recommended

Within an hour of calling for an emergency office lock repair, Ricky and his team were working to solve the issue. They repaired our lock and advised us on how we could prevent it from happening again. Overall great and speedy service, and we haven't had any issues since.

Kieron came out to rewire our new kitchen prior to cabinets going in. Extra sockets where we needed them, left us a fused spur for me to write the under cupboard lights into. Very professional and clean working. Highly recommended.

I installed a summerhouse in my garden this year and wanted power in there and lighting. Pro-Electrical gave a very reasonable quote for the work required and supplied and fitted all that was necessary at quite short notice so everything was finished before Xmas. They communicate well as when they are coming and let you know if they are delayed. Very happy with the company and would recommend. Thanks

Incredible! The fried pulled pork bites as a starter were possibly the best thing I have ever tasted(didn't manage to get a photo as I ate them too quickly🤣)! We both had a burger and agreed that they were the best burgers we had ever eaten. Chips were also delicious. The service was great too, very friendly, helpful and speedy! We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely meal here the 3 of us, mains and pudding, everyone loves their meals, we had seabass and spaghetti carbonara, everyone was very happy and thought the meals were really tasty and also good sized portions. The chocolate bomb puddings were out of this world tasty, cool experience to have, and my partner who had ice cream was very happy with her pudding. Service was great, lovely helpful waitress and food came in good time. Nice bottle of white to go with the meal. The decor is nice and modern with some hints of the old cottage it used to be. It was very very clean! There were lots of options on the menu to choose from! Will definitely return

This was our first Flair Experience after looking to celebrate our anniversary whilst staying locally at Tattershall Lakes. We were certainly not disappointed! From the moment we walked in the service was exemplary, the atmosphere was warm an welcoming and the outside of the building couldn't have prepared us for the stunning interior. The food was out of this world and we both agreed that this was by far the best meal out we have had in a long time! The icing on the cake was the chocolate tart we were presented with at the end of the meal wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This was so unexpected but an amazing gesture and topped off an amazing evening! We are regulars at Tattershall Lakes and are already planning our next visit to Flair when we are next here in November. If you are considering booking Flair Bistro, make sure you try it asap, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

We recently had the need to call on the services of James at uPVC Solutions, he came and looked at our needs, gave us a quote, which was very reasonable, we accepted the quote, James gave us a date for installation, he kept us updated every step of the way. After being unable to unlock a rear upvc door due to a mechanism failure, we called Lock Matters to help gain entry. He arrived within the time stated and immediately unlocked the door, assessed the problem and was able to replace the gearbox assembly as he had stock of the item in his van. He also replaced the euro cylinder and made adjustments to the hinges to provide a door that is not only now fixed, but closes much more smoothly. He was very efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price too. We highly recommend his services.

What an amazing gentleman ! My door wouldn’t lock and was worried about safety. He was with me within a few minutes, replaced the broken mechanism (had plenty of stock on his van) and gave me tips on how to stay safe and how to keep it all lubricated. From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. I’m now happy to say that all’s well! I would definitely recommend. Also, thanks for your patience and all the helpful tips you gave on my housing project.

Spencer came to fit some french doors a did a cracking job with all the best kit. Very friendly bloke with lots of knowledge and advice. He shows the greatest pride in his work and it really shows. Highly recommend. Had a fault with a panel that diverts solar power and heats our water. Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon. My call was picked up straight away and he arrived at my house promptly. A new lock was fitted and he even sorted out a faulty window hinge at no extra cost, with useful advice given. Made a call tonight as after using my sliding doors today , could not get them closed and locked. I could believe how helpful Brian was he tried to FaceTime me to try help but then realised he needed to come out. He was here within 45 mins!! Fixed the door and was so helpful and friendly.
