We were on Holiday at Tattersall Lakes but worried we might not make the 140 miles back home as our car had a burning smell from under the bonnet. Thought it was a drive belt or worse so called for advice at Malcolm Padley's Garage. Malcolm was amazing and came straight out to check under the bonnet then checked the vehicle on his ramp to reveal I had spilled oil when topping up that had spread over the engine etc causing the acrid smell. We can't thank him enough for solving the problem and stop us worrying. And he wouldn't accept any payment for his time and effort, which is so rare these days and to be commended. Thanks again for you kindness Malcolm. Would highly recommend 5***** plus.

I was on holiday at Tattershall Lakes, when I needed two tyres, I contacted Malcolm Padley and he ordered them on the Monday and they had come by Tuesday and fitted, excellent service would definitely recommend Malcolm Padley.

Our car broke down just down the road from Madleys. it wasn't something they could deal with but were so very helpful. Would highly recommend this garage and will be sure to use them in future. Thank you all.

I arrived at Tattershall lakes and realized i had a flat tire. Went here to get it sorted and couldn’t of had a nicer experience. The gentleman checked my tire, checked the valve and pumped it back up. He offer to re check it if needed before we went home. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Whilst staying at Tattershall lakes I was on my way back from Ingoldmells when I hit something on the road and it completely punctured my tyre. Luckily I was able to get it back to Tattershall lakes entrance when I noticed Malcom’s garage was right next to the site, so I slowly drove it there and went to ask for assistance. After speaking with him he told me that he would be able to help but to try checking with my insurance company first before he gets involved. Following his advice I did that however it was around a 4-6 hour wait for them to get to me. So I decided to speak with Malcolm and ask him if he would be able to help me and sort me with a complete new tyre and check over the car to make sure there wasn’t any further damages. This was no issue for him and the level of professionalism I received was second to none. He really was a true gentlemen! After exchanging details I was booked in to have my new tyre delivered first thing in the morning where I was called to collect my car at dinner time where he told me the tyre was all changed and there was no further damage to my car and I was all ready to go! On arrival I expressed my gratitude towards him and explained how he’d be a life saver and I appreciated it so much! He really is the most down to earth man you can meet, very genuine, great price and would help any one in a heartbeat. I urge anyone who needs help with their cars in the Tattershall area or surrounding area to go to Malcolm Padley & Sons because honestly the service you receive is the best! Before I left I even tried to tip him with £20 for the pure fact he didn’t have to help me he could of told me he was too busy and had other things on but he didn’t, he stopped what he was doing and immediately helped me! Overall, you don’t get service like this anymore and I can’t thank him enough it’s a shame we don’t live close by because I can say for a fact all my family and friends would be using him! Thankyou Malcolm for yesterday it was massively appreciated and I will never forget that👍🏻
