A few days before Christmas, while driving to work in Spilsby, I unfortunately collided with an animal, causing damage to my radiator and bumper. Despite the damage, I managed to reach my workplace. The following morning, my colleagues recommended that I visit Stickney M.O.T & Service Centre, which was conveniently located just ten minutes away. Upon arriving at the garage, I was met with an exceptional level of professionalism, empathy, and kindness from the staff. As I was not from the area, I had traveled from Lincoln, their prompt assistance was invaluable. Given that my vehicle was an imported model, sourcing the necessary parts proved to be a significant challenge. However, despite these difficulties, the team at Stickney M.O.T. went above and beyond to repair my car. Not only did they fix the mechanical issues, but they also meticulously tidied up my damaged bumper. What made this experience truly remarkable was their generosity. After all their time, effort, and hard work, they refused to accept any payment, simply wishing me a wonderful Christmas. Their kindness was truly humbling and beyond what I could have expected. Although they insisted on offering their services free of charge, I felt compelled to express my gratitude by offering a small token of appreciation. The team at Stickney M.O.T. & Service Centre demonstrated not only outstanding technical expertise but also an exceptional level of compassion and generosity. Their selflessness and commitment to helping others make them truly stand out. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are nothing short of exemplary.

Realised my MOT had expired whilst on holiday. Found this garage on line, rang them and they booked my car in for the following morning. These guys are great, car passed with flying colours. I would definitely use them again and will highly recommend them. Thank you so much guys 😀
