This company are absolutely brilliant and can’t recommend them enough, I had an issue with my DPF on my Range Rover, Chris talked me through my options and was in constant communication throughout the process, very well priced and my car has now got a clean bill of health, he does a thorough check and test run at least 3 times to ensure when you get your car back he knows it is up to his high standards and faultless, very impressed with the service. Our car has been having problems for a few months and this finally escalated last weekend. We found out through a mobile mechanic that we had severe break problems (which we knew because we could hear metal on metal). It’s one of those car problems you know are going to big, so you want to call around and find the best team for the job. Top Gear was exactly that team. They caught our eyes from their amazing reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them. From giving us quotes for three different kinds of parts to accommodate any financial budgets, to being extremely friendly and welcoming when we arrived, to being communicative throughout the repair process, Top Gear really cares about the cars and the people in them.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. I cannot recommend Top Gear enough. Especially to other females who fret about taking their car into garages and worry they might be ripped off. Chris was transparent from the start about the costs and his communication throughout was brilliant. I was always kept up to date and made to feel reassured. He shows you videos of what they do with your car- just total open, transparency throughout!

I have to say, as skeptical of the previous reviews as I was, Chris lives up to the hype. Fairly priced, no BS at all, easy to work with, goes the extra mile, doesn’t do more than is needed but leaves nothing undone. I can’t recommend Top Gear enough to anyone who believes mechanics rip you off. He’s the real deal and knows his stuff inside and out. Amazing customer service too; the full package. I’ve found my mechanic for life.

As a young woman I always feel really anxious about anything car related. I worry I might be ripped off or mislead but I always find the service from Whites to be amazing. They answer any questions I have patiently and they explain everything in a way I can understand. They are honest and transparent about costs and what is required. I have been using them for years now. I would highly recommend them and I would not go anywhere else.

Other than failing to inform me by phone that the work on my vehicle was completed, White’s staff are friendly, polite and informative. Very competitive and reasonably priced with quality workmanship. Also, much appreciated communication prior to date of work. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending White’s, or returning my vehicle for future repairs and MoT. My experience is that White’s strive to give the customer value for money whilst also keeping motor repair costs down. At last, I’ve found a garage I feel I can trust. Recommended 100%

I typically have 3 vehicles serviced at Glendale, including 2 older German makes that can be expensive to maintain. I always appreciate the thorough and honest assessment as to what needs to be done near term and what can be deferred. On occasion, I have found and imported aftermarket parts because they were cheaper than those locally sourced and Andy most agreeably said he would install them. Natalie always goes above and beyond to help with my car maintenance decisions, including the appropriate timing to trade in my vehicles. My car has been serviced here for 3 yrs now. Never had an issue. The service advisor and mechanics always tell me what needs to be done vs what can wait. The prices are fair comparable to other shops. I have a 16 yr old Benz and never had any problems with the service and quality of service. I highly recommend this shop.

We have been using Auto-Mobile now for more than 15 years - and even though we moved some distance away a few years back we still keep using Kev to look after our vehicles. Kevin has been the only mechanic to do our Toyota Supra twin turbo for year's, would not let anyone else under her bonnet first class knows the Supra inside out I would give him 10*if there were 10 to give

I've been taking my car here for a couple of years, and have been pleased with the service. I've had two very poor experiences elsewhere where my lack of knowledge was exploited, which left me feeling distrustful. However, here I've been treated honestly and haven't been "talked down to" which is refreshing (in my experience, obviously). A friendly service which I would recommend. Update, December 2024 and 8 years later I’m still using the same place, which speaks volumes. I’m also still receiving the same efficient, fair and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Skoda Fabia failed MOT elsewhere and the team managed to get me in the same day for anti-roll bar replacement as well as a couple of other bits at a great low price and do my retest there and then! From ringing for Mot appointment, not having to wait weeks. Took down next day, lovely lady on reception ( sometime nice to talk to another woman, I sometimes feel intimidated going to an all male environment. Never have at Eden) Dropped off car, within the hour had text message to say it was ready. Never had to wait all day for a call to come., like some places.

Took my car for a four wheels alignment today. Greeted by friendly staffs at reception. Job was carried out by professional mechanic and the service was speedy too. No more pulling to one side anymore. 10/10👍🏻

Only reason I didn't do full house was due to First time using Bear & Bee - But they fitted me in quicker, at a reasonable price, with possibility of a courtesy car too - All those factors helped me out of a tight spot, with a car progressively leaking fluids ! They were very accommodating to get the job done as quick as possible, considering the main Part was supplied wrongly ! ...but quick turnaround, Right part arrived, job completed by end of day 😁 The thing that stood out for me, was their honesty & keeping me in the loop all day 👍 the fact that the Correct part came in Cheaper - they instantly explained & reduced the Bill accordingly, showing me they are a very genuine company, do not overcharge for the sake of it or do any unnecessary work 👌 Free health check was included, stating no further work needed 👍 again, very honest ! So I Cannot fault Bear & Bee - very professional & a Great First impression ! ...will definitely Call them in future 🌟

I’ve been bringing all the cars I’ve owned to this garage for the past 15 years, I even have friends who live in other parts of the country that only use this garage when they come to visit me for work on their cars, MOT’s, Services and repair works to their cars. It’s so rare to find a garage that you will automatically just take your car there without thinking about it for anything vehicle related. I cannot recommend this garage enough to everyone.

Have to say the team here are amazing, throughout this year had constant issues with my Ford Focus esp with the EGR and they have been throughly explained the situation and gone above and beyond to help me. Highly recommended.

Always had great service from the garage from small puncture fixes to full MOTs. I've always been satisfied with how my car has been dealt with. Very honest guys and never feel that I get ripped off (especially as a woman) and they will always look at what my concern is and show me what needs doing. They even drove out to me to sort out a puncture to then follow me to the garage to avoid me blocking traffic in the middle of Sleaford.
